I had a wonderful time opening the front door to be welcomed by a welcoming, cozy space. Although the building itself is not completely new, it does not detract from the apparent care and love that goes into making a cozy space. My one-bedroom apartment greeted me with tasteful and functional furnishings, a tiny dining table with four chairs and cushions! A very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. A large flat screen pointing at the sofa provided an opportunity to view your favorite movie or take in the panoramas of the pool and ocean. The ocean isn't too visible due to the trees that have grown high across the road, but the sunrises and sunsets still offer a lovely view and you can hear and smell the sea from the comfort of your bed or sofa. The queen bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh. In the built in mirrored wardrobe, additional blankets and cushions can be found. Along with extra bedding, there are clothes hampers, plenty of coat hangers, a clothes machine, and an iron in the robes. The shower was roomy and had excellent water pressure and hot water. A sachet of laundry powder is located under the sink in the kitchen, a plastic washing tub, a bag of pegs on top of the washing machine, and more. The sunshine coast is where we usually stay and we now feel this is unquestionably the spot to stay. I recently stayed in a lovely two-bedroom deluxe apartment with ocean views on the rooftop. It was spacious and had a beautiful outlook. With luggage, access was easy because there were only three apartments using this lift, it was never busy or crowded. Everything we required was carefully prepared, and it was well-prepared. An additional bonus was the electric bar I on the balcony. It was simple not to venture out because it was within easy walking distance of cafes, supermarkets, and the neighborhood surf club and hotel. A bus stop with regular buses both north to noose and south to maroochydore is only a few hundred meters away.

Excellent service. The rooms with a private rooftop spa are ideally located, just 2 blocks from the pub and 3 blocks from shops and cafes. The bed was comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed plus secure undercover parking. I would stay here again.

When I arrived, Richard was welcomed by me. He was kind and sociable. He told me he had given me a rooftop unit, which was fantastic. Great sea views, and a swimming pool view. The only issue was cleanliness. It was bad. I did explain to him that the sofas were dirty, with sand and food under the cushions. He had it cleaned when I went out. But there was more, which I didn't want to complain about. As a fantastic guy. I believe that the cleaning crew just doesn't do a good job. The bathroom sink and shower are grotty and grimy. Floors are covered in dust, not cleaned. Countertops are covered with food residue. The coffee table and dining table are the same. I had to clean these items. Dust is thick behind furniture, inside lamps, tables, mirrors, and mirrors. Cleaners need to be replaced.
