Thankyou for the recommended upgrade to the newly renovated room. Much appreciated. The parking and easy walkable access into the CBD was very convinent.

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower was great only grump is the toilet roll holder position. Very hard to twist around when you are elderly, otherwise very happy and will certainly book again.

The staff we're very accommodating to my needs before and after my surgery. The rooms are spacious, clean & the beds are super comfortable!! The staff do a great job. I don't stay anywhere else. I'm looking forward to seeing the upgrades to the front bar & dining room

Staff were outstanding. Room was clean and fresh. Bedding was very clean. Some noisy tenants which the owners might want to look into. One thing they can do is better screening of prospective tenants and clear warnings around how they behave and the purpose of the property.
