This resort has a huge, beautiful pool and is located right on the beach. Our room was large and spacious but felt a bit old. Carpets were frayed, outlets were out of date and some of the walls were dirty. We booked a spa room but the spa didn't work and didn't even turn on. Bathroom has no fan so mirror steams up completely. The air conditioning struggled to cool and the vent was very dusty. Despite this, we love the resort and the breakfast that is included is absolutely amazing and has a wide range of options, one of the best on the gold coast. The highlight for us is definitely breakfast.

We booked 2 nights, arrived 3 days early than planned, and the resort was very accommodating and booked us in a room right away. We wanted everything to be perfect on our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic

Since we had a later engagement, it was important to check for myself correctly. Since our initial room was a little noisy, we were able to easily change rooms in a less noisy area of the hotel with little fuss. The food and service were excellent, and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

We stayed from Friday through Sunday and couldn't have asked for more! As expected, we had a fantastic time. The concierge team was extremely prompt and incredibly courteous from the moment we opened the driveway. The front desk personnel was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is well-organized, the staff is friendly, and the bar is pleasant. We liked the omelettes, hot plates, cold cuts, and the array of fruits and patisserie. Our resort view room is a great size, much bigger than most hotel rooms, and with a great, peaceful lagoon view. Our apartment had a convenient parking area within walking distance of the parking lot. I have to say that the proximity to the beach was a major plus. How lovely it is to have a private beach? And when we got home from the beach, we had a drink in the pool bar. No exceptions, all of the personnel performed a fantastic job during our stay. Sheratons Grand Mirage Gold Coast is undoubtedly a much more pleasant and better location to stay. Looking forward to the following and many more stays.
