Staying in an old passenger bus, beautifully renovated for accomodation. An absolute joy to wake up looking out the back window to see a flock of corellas, ducks, etc on a natural river.

The bus was super fun! The staff were really helpful and lovely. The whole complex is really well designed and everything thought of. We would 100% be coming back.

The park is lovely and well situated in town. It's an easy walk to the main street for meals, etc. The only issue we experienced was the cabin. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but we were unaware before arriving that the bed was up a ladder that was very difficult to access. It needed another handle on the left to make it safe. The TV and fridge being under the bed and the "bus seats" to sit on made relaxing in the room difficult. We had to hunch over to get in and out of that space. If the TV had been up with the bed, it would have been better. A shelf in the bathroom and a towel hook or rail would have also helped. These are small things, but they would have made our stay more comfortable.

I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a kettle tea coffee or a bit of milk that I could’ve used. There were cups and plates and sources but no tea off your kettle.

It was a cute little caravan park with cute cabins around the lake. It was very peaceful and the kids liked the pool and playground. The location was great.

Nice enough to stay. We stayed in a bus which was exciting as it was different but wouldn’t have wanted to stay in it longer than what we did. There is little privacy - don’t shower at night as the neighbours will see you through the window- I realised this after the fact :( shower in the dark people lol There is only Half a curtain at the front of the bus, so ppl outside can see alllll the way down your bus. It needed a good dust in the bus. And the 2 heaters that were in it only just took the chill out of the air, they didn’t warm the bus up- it was still cold in bus. You can only use a certain amount of power at once otherwise it cuts out. Wasn’t a huge deal, but if I had of known about these things I probably would have went for a more private caravan or unit. But we still enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the bus so that was the main thing. The park has good facilities and a nice water area with ducks to relax at. Staff friendly.

Loved the quirky caravan. A shame that the ground was so dusty. Unfortunately we walk it into the caravan on the carpet. I missed not being able to park closer to our accommodation.

We stayed in one of the shipping container units. Was an interesting experience! We loved the queen bed bunk beds- very creative use of space! Future visitors may be interested to note that the toilet is completely black in a black room. So it was hard to see! Also the shower has no lighting over it, so you shower in the shadows. Otherwise, the whole park is lovely and peaceful. I'd recommend staying here, especially if you like industrial decor!

In the pictures it looked like we were staying in a cabin but stayed in a Pod, which was very small in space. We had to request a Kettle as there wasnt one in the pod. The bed was very comfy which was a plus.

We recently stayed in one of the bus motor homes, and overall, it was a lovely and peaceful experience. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, especially with the lake nearby — it’s such a relaxing spot. The staff were amazing and provided excellent customer service — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The main room in the bus was exceptional, with clean linen, fresh towels, and a comfortable setup. However, the bunk beds were a bit disappointing — the sheets and doonas were quite dirty, which took away from the otherwise great experience. I’d suggest that the hotel only provide clean mattress protectors and fitted sheets by default, and if guests need extra linen, they can request it from reception. There were also a few cobwebs in the bus that could use some attention. Despite those small issues, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place overall, and I would still recommend it for a unique and relaxing stay.

The cabin was not clean! Sock under table, dog toys under bed, large amount of dark brown hair in doorway and large amount of cobwebs on window sill!

You get what you pay for. There was only 1 coffee cup, top bunk was difficult to use due to height of mattress. Hot water ran for two minutes and then freezing cold, so no hot showers for us. Bottom Kitchen cupboards need a good clean/resurface.
