House Rules
1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty of AUD $300 will apply if smoking is detected.
2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed. A penalty of AUD $350 will apply if this rule is breached.
3. No Parties or Loud Noise: Parties are not allowed, and loud noise is prohibited after 10 PM. A penalty of AUD $300 will apply for violations.
4. Towel Use: Do not use accommodation towels to remove cosmetics. A penalty of AUD $50 will apply if this is detected.
5. Cleanliness:
* Please clean all used mugs and plates before check-out.
* Empty the rubbish bin before check-out.
* Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively messy or dirty after check-out.
6. Check-In and Check-Out:
* Check-in is anytime after 3 PM.
* Check-out is by 10 AM.
* Late check-out fees of AUD $25 per hour apply, with no check-out later than 11:30 AM.
7. Deposit Requirement: A refundable deposit of AUD $300 is required before check-in. Please note that if damages occur, you may be charged up to AUD $300.
8. Photo ID Requirement: All guests must provide valid photo identification (Australian driver's license or passport) before check-in.
9. Key Safety: Please ensure the key safe is brought into the apartment for security reasons. A penalty of AUD $300 will apply if this rule is ignored.
10. Smoke Alarms:
* Do not deactivate, remove, or interfere with smoke alarms. A penalty of AUD $300 will apply for any violations, and it will be considered a breach of duty, leading to potential eviction.
* Notify the host if a smoke alarm is faulty or not working.
* Ensure batteries remain in the smoke alarm when checking out.
