The hosts were friendly and helpful. There are 2 communal spaces and a large kitchen, all immaculately clean. Next door is a great bakery and a pub. The town is a nice place to enjoy.

I've stayed here on and off for the last 10 years, since it was new in fact, and it is always consistently good. The cleanest hostel I've stayed in, and the managers make sure to chat with every guest, even if it is just to ask where they are going for the day. I will always return here in preference to other accommodation. Good open plan space too. Not too many people staying when I stay, may be the timer of year? Not homey though, if you are searching for that.Recommended.

Bev was welcoming and provided some travel tips. Room was well maintained. Bathroom was very clean too despite being a shared room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Swansea Backpackers.

The person on reception when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The showers were good. Unfortunately other people were not considerate and the kitchen was a total mess when we went to use it in the morning, despite signs asking for dishes to be washed. We could only find one spoon, clean or dirty - but not the fault of management.

Helt ok ställe. Dock var det mkt grisigt i köket och ingenstans att nå personal. Snabb incheck men lika snabbt försvann personal. Utan toapapper i toaletten. Du bädda din egen säng. Helt ok att bo på trots allt.
