This is a tiny hotel that can be used for everything, it is located in a more tranquil area of the city. It has a friendly check-in process, but we were a little disappointed by our room, which overlooked the elevator shaft, because it had little light and no view. As we were only there for one night, we didn't ask for a room change. The restroom was a nice size, and the bed was cozy. However, there are a few comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel, but no dining or bar.

I have been here 3 times now. The hotel is located in a good location for accessing all the main attractions in Cairn. Peter, the manager is very helpful and a great source of information for planning your time here. I would completely recommend.

For a week, we had a wonderful time. The place was pleasant and tidy, and the location was fantastic. It's simple to get to the diving boats from the esplanade. Peter, the manager, was outstanding and incredibly helpful. I really appreciate your efforts to make our stay enjoyable. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Manager Peter was kind and helpful about the local area. The cleaning ladies were lovely. The room was clean. Excellent location close to everything. wonderful shower. Cons The bed felt like a concrete block and I had to ask for a donna on the first night I was cold. This should be provided for comfort and warmth regardless of climate. Donna was given to me without a cover which is awful. Blankets were in the wardrobe, but my guess was that other guests used them and weren't clean. Wouldn't have booked if we knew there was no daily cleaning service, it wasn't mentioned on application and it was also the first experience we had encountered this anywhere in our travels. It was very frustrating to ask cleaning staff from other rooms for soap, toilet paper, and towels, etc. Its also very frustrating to have full trash can our room was only cleaned once during our 5-night stay.
