Surprisingly very quiet given it's position in the heart of a busy pub on a friday night, and with the door opening into the center of a bustling restaurant. Felt super private and spacious, great job courthouse team.

This was our second time staying at the Courthouse. We have stayed in both rooms, and found both equally as good as each other. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Surprisingly we have never had trouble parking near the courthouse. We look forward to our next trip to Melbourne and will definitely re-book at the Courthouse.

My new favorite local. The place is large but has an impossibly cozy atmosphere, the service is great and the food and wine are delicious. The new owners have managed to make it stylish and modern while keeping it historic. Best pub in north australia by far.

The atmosphere is fantastic. Its difficult to not like the owner because he has such a kind heart. Hes a great guy, so yeah. Excellent beers on tap. The cuisine, to put it mildly, is excellent. The fries basic dish is also fantastic. Excellent service. Come and support this pub, its well worth it. Thanks.

The newly refurbished courthouse is a delight to eat at. The lightfilled spaces, attentive staff, and beautifully cooked food make this a highlight when visiting north melbourne.

Friday lunch, i had sausages and mashed potatoes, which were really good. She had chicken schnitzel, which was ok but essentially deepfried with no flavor or distinctiveness. Gravy was excellent, though. The side of greens was a little sad and lacked color and love, but it tasted good. Overall, it was a great experience and our waiter was great, but the food and drink offerings seemed to be trying to be something more but falling a little short. Will definitely be back and give this place a few more chances.

I enjoyed a wonderful meal at the courthouse today with friends. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, and a special thanks to the chef for the pea and zucchini soup for my husband. You went above and beyond, i cant thank you enough for your special consideration. I would not hesitate to enjoy a meal there again. 5 stars plus.

I recently traveled to Melbourne to attend a function. I stayed at the courthouse. My expectations were well exceeded in the room. I had the errol suite. It was immaculately clean. The room resembled a small apartment. A wellthoughtout open, airy space with plenty of natural light. A highquality fitout, all in keeping with the age of the building. A bonus was to block out the blinds on windows, which helped to sleep soundly. The air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans all functioned well. Lovely, spacious bathroom with a walkin shower. Large bedroom. The queensize bed was very comfortable. Good supply of linen. There is plenty of storage and a hanging place. Adjacent to the bedroom is another wellequipped large room. This included a designated area for making tea and coffee, a small table with chairs, a large comfortable leather couch, and side tables. The fridge was a good size. Plenty of milk was provided. A good supply of quality teas and coffee. A light complimentary breakfast was served in the room. There was a goodsized flatscreen tv with access to a wide variety of entertainment and music. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. Excellent value for the money. Thank you, courthouse, for a wonderful stay! Mia.

This recently renovated corner hotel has everything you need and want in a pub, and nothing that you dont. Beautiful spaces, great food and service. Booze. Everything is very good.
