The room is fine, but the location is a bit crowded. It will be fine if you take gimmicks because when you come around 2 pm to check in, the parking will get full.

The hotel was good. The room was clean, the bathroom was a bit old and needs to be replaced with new silicone. Apart from that, staff were very friendly and polite.

We stayed in a family suite with tv reception and sat view of the temple. Everything is in good condition. Air conditioning, cv, and water heater are all top ten perfect. The staff is also friendly. Its now durian season, so its only walked 3 minutes to the stall. Restaurants are very nearby, same as mydin,hari, or hari.

When i made my reservation, ive read the most recent reviews and was a little concerned. However, this is an excellent illustration of what you get for your money. The bed was quite comfy, and the room was sufficiently spacious. There is reputable minibar with ten drinks and good air conditioning. Rundle street, the mall, central market, as well as public transportation are all conveniently located near the hotel. Staff members were really kind and welcoming. And of course, pricing is reasonable. But the restrooms do require renovation. Without soaking the entire floor, taking odometer is impossible. Additionally, there is poor lightning, so youll prefer to keep the windows open as much as you can. That gets one star.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was substandard for a spa suite. The air conditioner occasionally worked for an hour but nothing, the shower resembled rotweiller dribbling on your body. And also sprayed the bathroom with whatever water came out. No ace so had to open the windows and the pleasant music of early morning construction was ot he way to start the day to my head throbbing hangover. As i said, lovely staff but wont be back.

The front desk employee, sahlil, is an exceptional individual. He provided exceptional customer service and assistance, even helping me with both an early checkin and a late checkout. Additionally, his warmth and friendliness made him incredibly welcoming. Unfortunately, my luggage was trapped in the meeting room because their key broke, which resulted in i having to leave my bags in it. The hotel also smells like cooking or food.

To be honest, if youre on a tight budget but looking for stowing away for one or two nights, this hotel is quite suitable. There is nascent mineral water. Hair dryer, shampoo, and shower cup are provided, but no toothbrush. I wouldnt complain too much because the money is worth it, in my opinion. The air conditioning operated efficiently.
