House Rules
By making a booking you agree that you have read and understood all the following house rules:
NO SMOKING
NO PARTIES
NO PETS
-this property is a self check-in property and you certify that you are willing and able to follow the check-in instructions
- please turn off appliances and lights when not inside the property
- on departure please leave the property as you found it, including restoring to their original location any items that have been moved
Extra fees will be incurred for occurrences including but not limited to the following:
- any smoking odour detected inside the property after your stay
- unauthorised late check out
- any damage caused
- any items which are missing
- extra cleaning of ANY items including but not limited to carpet, walls, linen, upholstery. Please note that if any items cannot be restored to their former condition for the next guest and need to be replaced you will be charged the item’s replacement fee
- please do NOT download movies as the internet is not unlimited and it will cut off if the download limit is exceeded.
- Keep language on English on TV and Netflix ($50 fee will occur)
- No furniture moved around
If ANY non following of house rules leads to a refund or discount for the next guest you are required to compensate the host for this.
You agree that you will not attempt to damage your hosts’ business due to an unfavourable ruling by AirBnB or the host for example during a resolution.
- All dishes washed
- All towels in bathroom floor
- All your rubbish can be emptied and placed in the
Wheelie bin out the left hand side the front of the house. Glass in RED LID bin only.
- Please ensure all doors locked and
windows are closed when leaving
You are welcome to use all the facilities however please leave them behind for others to enjoy
