The apartment we stayed in in room 7 was big and clean, with several tes, irons and fully furnished, with everything you needed for a more self-contained soundproof apartment. Amazing staff, who are very helpful in booking day trips, adventures, restaurants, taxis to the airport and other things. Nothing is too difficult for them, it's all about you and your vacation experience. Large rooms, comfortable beds, easy access to all restaurants and shops, best view of palm cove, where the sun rises from your balcony. Every 30 minutes, a bus stops outside the villa will take you from Cairn to Cairn. The villa is amazing new car hire only 100 kilometers away. Highly advised. Coming back next year. The location of this hotel is located directly across from the beach. The pool was very nice with hot showers, the view of the beach was so beautiful, and the balcony was very large. The personnel, especially Karla and Loren, were very nice and helpful. We could even hire a car from the reception desk without any issues. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious and equipped with very comfy mattresses and was close to several restaurants. The wifi issues were very pronounced. The wifi didn't work for hours. They don't provide internet in the apartment, for the privileged ones there was one. Perhaps this problem only happens in the palm cove itself.

We had already stayed at Palm Cove about twice before, so we were always curious about what these homes would be like. We assumed that the views would be a mix of palm trees, melaleuca trees, and the beach, and the balconies appeared to be large. When we secured unit 13 on level 2, we were pleased to discover that this was exactly the view we would get, and we were then moved by the large living space and the spacious roomsincluding the main with ensure. There were two bathrooms, as well as a stocked laundry with a washer, dryer, ironing board, brooms, and a dust pan. The apartment was tidy, and the kitchen had a simple touse dishwasher, as well as some condiments salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, and so on. The bedroom had ceiling fans and an air conditioner, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a hit with everyone, it was heated to a perfect temperature, and there was also a decentlysized spa. A balcony and an outdoor undercover area were also poolside and a great spot for lunch or dinner. It was probably where we spent most of our time, with two lounge chairs, a bench seat with pillows, and a table with bar stools overlooking lovely palm cove. We had 2 units for 4 couples and 3 babies for 2 nights. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and made our stay a great experience. Our units were very spacious with a view of the ocean.
