Hotel Hölle was the perfect place for our Salzburg trip. The neighborhood was quiet, the facilities excellent and the food great!

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. Due to a family emergency, we had to change our stay and had to travel to Salzburg. They were incredibly accommodating. Lobby staff members such as waiters, waitresses, bartenders, cooks, housekeeping, and of course the owner and reception deserve praise. The rooms are cozy, and the cuisine is excellent. Frau Puehringer was extremely helpful in assisting us with our covid tests, as we needed to get them to enter the hospital for a visit. Additionally, the proximity of transportation is convenient, with two nearby buses that travel to the city. I intend to return to this hotel shortly!.

The staff here are amazing, friendly, efficient, and helpful! Special mention to corinne, Stefan, eftalia, and norbert. I extended my stay to 13 nights due to your excellent service. Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great location, bus 2 min away to take you into the heart of Salzburg. Highly recommend staying here, will definitely be back.

Lokasi hotel ini berada di sebelah pemakaman kota. Area parkirnya cukup memadai. Harga yang diberikan cukup terjangkau. Saya memesan daging rusa panggang yang rasanya sangat lezat. Mereka menyediakan makanan dengan harga yang terjangkau. Namun, saat itu kondisinya sedang ramai, jadi kami harus menunggu lama untuk minuman kami. Di hotel ini juga tersedia tempat parkir.

Lokasinya ada di jalan utama, tapi suasananya masih sepi. Ada taman bermain yang bagus di taman dan ruang permainan di dalam! Tepat di jalan utama, tetapi masih sepi. Tempat parkir cukup, jika tidak tepat di depan pintu, hanya sekitar 100 meter dari tempat parkir pemakaman. Mudah dijangkau dengan sepeda. Menunya persis seperti yang Anda bayangkan. Nilai terbaik untuk uang dan pilihan yang baik untuk banyak selera. Kualitas dan kecepatan layanan juga bagus. Saya juga bisa melihat dapurnya. Bersih dan rapi!

Property manager has quickly responded to my comment upon check in regarding A/C operation, although initially it was slow acting but eventually the room was cooled to a comfortable level. She did ask me the next day if everything was operating well.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great staff, special mention to Corinne, Stefan & Eftahlia, they were super friendly helpful efficient just outstanding, due to them, I extended stay to 13 nights. The location of hotel just perfect with views of mountains & close to bus to take you into heart of Salzburg, also the cook was amazing too. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. Schöner, aber viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt. Service funktioniert perfekt. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, auf Nachfrage auch Spiegel- und Rührei. Service das Abendessen auf das Zimmer zu bringen ist perfekt! Essen schmeckt phantastisch, Restaurant ist . Leider benötigten wir wegen eines Hexenschusses einen Notarzt. Uns wurde bei der Organisation sehr geholfen.

We have stayed at Hotel Hölle numerous times and dont let the name fool you. It is a great hotel, with spacious, well furnished and cosy rooms, friendly staff and located next to a huge parking lot. It is quite far away from the old city center, but it is not really a problem, and it makes excursions in the area easy accessible. We love it and will return for sure; Salzburg is always worth another visit!

Located on the outskirts of Salzburg, this hotel is actually, ideally located! It only took us about 30 minutes to drive to Berchtesgaden, Germany and another 10 to drive up to the Kehlsteinhaus starting point, 6 minutes to drive to Schloss Hellbrunn, and 40 minutes to walk (the scenic route) into town (to Festung Hohensalzburg). There is a bus stop, about 2 blocks away, that will take you directly into Salzburg, as well. We hit 6 countries in 3 weeks and this inn was the closest, by far, to what we are used to in America. The room was extremely spacious, as was the bathroom. Inside the hotel is a small bar and restaurant which serve up delicious meals and drinks. Everyone here was very friendly and were able to give excellent advice on where to go and what to do. We had a car, and there was free parking on the street in front of the hotel; we never had a problem getting a spot. I would definitely stay here again!
