Excellent accommodation, cozy hotel, very friendly and helpful personnel, amazing cuisine, and ideal location close to gondola to scuba gondola and the beautiful city. You will need a car if you want to remain independent. Of course there are buses. In conclusion, a lovely place to relax in any way you want.

Hotel bergcristall is located in the small town of Volerau in the center of the scuba valley just south of Innsbruck. The rooms were spacious and very nicely furnished. Food at the hotel was excellent with a wonderful full buffet breakfast and a multicourse evening meal. The hotel has 4 types of saunas plus an indoor pool for free and other wellness products. The hotel outside patio is a lovely oasis of flowers, fountain, comfortable seating and lots of privacy. The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English making communication very easy. If you are looking to stay somewhere very comfortable in the heart of the lovely scuba valley, I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel also offered the scuba card which provided free transportation and access to the scuba lift in the scuba region.

Hotel Bergcristall is a wonderful full-service hotel in the scuba valley's small town of Volerau. Although the town has very few facilities, the hotel makes up for it. Both breakfast and dinner, the cuisine was excellent. There are two saunas, a gym, a yoga studio, and more wellness options downstairs. The hotel's outdoor patio is an oasis of gorgeous flowers, a fountain, comfortable seating, and plenty of privacy. The staff was also outstanding. We ran into a bit of a problem hiking the scuba high route hut to hut with a closed hut. We came down to the valley for the night because we had planned to spend in the hut close, but we did not have a plan for getting to the next one. The staff was very helpful with alternative options, and we made the trip back into the mountains without any problems.

The skills stop right in front of the hotels, good location of the hotel, close to a sturdy fletcher, comfortable beds, friendly service, great wellness area and swimming pool. The rooms are fully equipped.

I would not hesitate to suggest this motel. It includes anything you could possibly need. The employees are friendly and want to ensure that you have a great time. Our server, Mira, was at the restaurant, and she would serve our children's meals early with special treats like sprinkles and smarties on their ice cream for dessert. To make sure we were happy, she constantly checked in with us. Even more impressive, she ordered me special gluten-free bread! The meals were consistently excellent. Five-course dinners, and a wonderful breakfast buffet with nice crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. The pool and sauna were fantastic. Swimming suits can be worn in the pool, but not in the sauna. I would advise taking shower shoes. We forgot ours. The hotel is spotless, with comfy beds and quiet rooms. We couldn't have been happier with our visit here.
