It was a pleasure to stay here. This hotel is amazingly decorated and the check-in process is pretty simple. The room is lovely, with really soft beds and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was amazing, with a deep, reclined bathtub for relaxation after a day in Vietnam. The continental meal, which accompanied breakfast the following day, was very plentiful and frequently expanded.

Having a tasteful dinner, I only would like to express my gratitude. We ordered Kaiserschmarren, which is a delectable pork tenderloin with caramel sauce. The service in the room was tranquil. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the girl who was present when we arrived and served us the meal.

We had to check in too soon at the hotel, but the staff was able to store our luggage so that we could stroll around the city. The schonbrunn zoo and palace are both about 15 minutes away from the hotel. If you have small kids, the zoo is a must-see! A crib was provided for us, which was a great aid. The pillows on the bed were very flat, which, in my opinion, was just a European problem. Since the bathroom and adjoining area lack additional outlets near mirrors, you must bring your mirror or use your phone if you want to curl or straighten your hair. The restaurant was a little pricey compared to other places for dinner, but I think the breakfast buffet was the same as other places like Aida Cafe. The food was delicious, but you could get more food for the same price in town. Kaiserschmarrn and breakfast, desserts were excellent, and they were bursting with Austrian favorites. The staff was excellent, extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is ideal for travelers looking for a decent hotel with great employees and a simple location, Hotel Bergwirt Schonbrunn is the best choice if youre a family travelling on a tight budget and want a great hotel with wonderful staff and an easy location.

The employees here were very friendly. They are a bit overworked, they run the restaurant and the hotel. The restaurant is good and the service is good.
