Sehr schönes und absolut zentral gelegenes Hotel rund um Linz, Steyr. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war die Qualität des Bettes, sehr bequem und angenehm zu schlafen. Der Bereich, rund um Fitness, Sauna ist sehr schön und groß zügig gestaltet. Immer wieder wenn es mich dort beruflich hinziehen sollte. Zum Essen kann ich keine Aussage treffen, da ich nicht gegessen habe.

Op de terugreis van Wenen naar Nederland hebben we opnieuw gekozen voor dit hotel. Omdat het restaurant in het weekend niet geopend is konden we er niet eten. Maar de eigenaar heeft ons meteen een kaart aangeboden van de regio. Het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was prima geregeld! Ook onze hond (Amerikaanse Stafford) was welkom in dit hotel! Het enige nadeel van het hotel is dat de ligging iets afgelegen is, maar voor ons was dit geen probleem omdat we toch op doorreis waren.

We hebben dit hotel gekozen als tussenstop onderweg naar Wenen en zouden dit zo weer doen. Het enige nadeel was dat we aankwamen op een zondag en blijkbaar is in het weekend het restaurant niet geopend. Gelukkig liggen er dicht bij het hotel ook een paar restaurants.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Gasthof Maxlhaid. The rooms are fairly big and very modern, with good beds, comfortable sofas, and modern windscreens. The patio has a fantastic bar and a great dining experience. The food is great, parking is easy.

We used this hotel as a stopover on a road trip from Budapest to Stutzgart since it fell about halfway. It's simple accommodation, but the place is clean and well-furnished with modern amenities. Quiet too, except when your neighbor showers! The staff was also very helpful. Wifi got up to a whopping 50 maps at times 10 uploads, so very satisfactory. It is practically in the middle of nowhere and appears to be adjacent to a light industrial area. There is really nothing else nearby, so if you have hopes for some local activity, you may be disappointed. That said, if all you want to do is rest and eat is relax. The attached restaurant, open for breakfast, also serves meals throughout the week. The fare, I must say, was very good and there was a good variety of options that were all reasonably priced. Service, however, was a bit bad. Lunch Extra was pretty inspiring and included cold, preprepared scrambled eggs and cold bacon. I'm assuming it was one of it. Our room had a hip roof literally centimetre away, not that we actually came for a view. Overall, we were very satisfied, despite some flaws. Our room would have received a three-star rating for four-star rating in many other countries.

They served me with an awesome breakfast. We had a good experience while staying here. And then, the interior of the hotel was very clean. After that, the room size was very spacious and functional with no elevator. Subsequently, there is a sofa and good lighting here. Besides that, the bed linens were crisp white, plus the vibes here were very warm and genuine.

We had a wonderful few days at the Maxlhaid Hotel. At first, we got a room that we weren't happy with because of the view but we just mentioned it once and we were assigned a different room. Nothing special. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In a great classic Austrian restaurant, a good breakfast is served. We could have very nice dinners in their sunny garden due to the excellent weather. The hotel is a little difficult to locate off the highway, but it is well worth your time.
