I'll definitely be back! The entire Zillertal area of the hotel is a real treat. I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at hotel held, which has beautiful surroundings, a friendly ambiance, and excellent chef de la cuisine! The hotel is clean, modern, and roomy, and has a wonderful garden that is surrounded by beautiful flowers and pleasant spots to unwind in complete peace. The bells from even the cows in the nearby pasture add to the flair. The recently renovated room hamburg is spotless, roomy, and comfortable, with a wonderful bed, and the incredible pine wood aroma. Balcony with a sunrise sunrise that is directly behind the stunning green hill. There is no air conditioning, and there is some street noise, which is not close but bustling. Superior accommodations, in my opinion, do not have this problem. Additionally, these accommodations appear on the opposite side of the hill, along with the above-mentioned cows and the afternoon sun. This is a unique chapter in the food. We've stayed in numerous hotels and numerous therme, but this chef and his team are real masters. First, I assumed he was a meat dish expert, and after I was forced to order the meat menu one day, my spouse ordered the veggie one, as well as the broccoli that spoke over 100 languages. We returned to the magnificent hotel in February for the third time. We are a family of four with two teenage kids and stayed in a superior spieljoch room and double room. As always the level of service was great and the overall experience was exceptional. The team is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, every time we have visited there has been a new area that has been upgraded, which further enhances the experience. The food is truly fantastic, it's like going to a Michelin star restaurant every night, every mouthful was delicious, and the presentation was great. Breakfast is also great, and the cakes in the afternoon are both welcome and delicious. The spa facilities are excellent, and we happily spent an hour or two at the end of the day in this very relaxing environment. The hotel is ideally placed for local ski resorts and has a fantastic, spacious, well-kept ski room. I think the couid rules should be mentioned in the current time. At all times, we felt completely safe, the hotel is always spotless and clean, and the additional measures currently required such as masks and hand gel were managed effectively and unobtrusive, and in no way reduced from the holiday experience we hope to visit again the next year. Thank you so much for the wonderful and much needed break.

I only spent one night at the hotel, and it was enough for me to be back. Everything was professionally planned, the suite was lovely, the food was tasty, and the wellness was the only thing.

The price of drinks is theft from your customers. We reserved a table on the patio several nights for dinner, which was refreshing until the tables next to you repeatedly lit up their cigarettes throughout dinner. Since this is an expensive hotel, why do they need to charge so much for ordinary beverages? It left us with a bad impression that we paid to be in the hotel with all of our dinners and now have to pay a fortune if we want anything besides water. One final note, we enjoyed a full body massage while there. The massage therapist, Sonny, was excellent. Just the spa could use some atmosphere. There was no soft music, which was a bit awkward. Really good hotel, but it has its strengths. We are a family of four with two kids ages 10 and 8 and spent ten days at the hotel held. We had great expectations, and the hotel managed to meet them for the most part. The natural pool was excellent because it was incredibly warm. Our hotel room was a two-bedroom suite that offered privacy for us and the kids, and it was huge. The food was great. We were pleased to see that the breakfast buffet and salad buffet were all open as normal couid 19. We were also pleased with the service we received at the eatery and bar. A few suggestions. The fitness room is nice but very hot, like trying to workout in a sauna. I realize

We had a great experience on our visit to this hotel, as usual, on each level, including the view of the valley, mountains, and staff. The atmosphere was really cozy and tranquil. The family room facilities offered ski trips, relax, and chill meals in the top bar, which were all very useful and wonderful. I hope to come back here again. Many thanks.
