This is the first time we were staying at this hotel, everything is perfect. The food is very perfect and the spa area is also very nice. I will come again but the next time I want to stay 4 days in the area of Zillertal.

We really like the location, the staff is very helpful and friendly, always happy rooms, and the food is quite comfortable, also the location is strategic for the ski lifts and a nice rest area. Thank you for your hospitality.

This hotel has a very small pool, with good breakfast and dinner. The staff are very friendly although occasionally a little stressed. Check-out time 09.30 AM is really early. I also don't like that.

It is a typical austrian hotel with traditional furnishings run by a family. The rooms are simple but clean. The bathrooms are spacious and well designed. The half board menu is more than enough. Breakfast was delicious and satisfactory, we did not require a heavy lunch while skiing. Dinners were very filling with many options, plus a nice salad bar and cheese board. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. The best thing about staying at this hotel is it's proximity to the ski bus that stops right in front of the hotel. In addition, the nearest train stop is only a 3-minute walk away. So this is the best option for staying in the region if you don't travel by car. Having said that, there are some improvements. First off, the rooms are practically bare. No glass or cups, not even a plastic one. So if you want to get water. Second, bathroom amenities are so poor that I can say that they are almost non-existent. All you get are a very thin, extremely small soap and three packets of shampoo and shower gel, and during our seven-day stay they were never renewed. The lack of these is very weird and unacceptable for a so-called four-star hotel, in my opinion. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the sheets were worn out with holes. Hotel in Ordnung , aber immer wieder angebaut und umgebaut, sehr unübersichtlich. Sehr viele verschiedene Renovierungs/ Modernisierungsstadien nebeneinander. Sehr sehr schöner moderner Wellnessbereich !!! Könnte glatt einen“ Stern“ mehr bekommen wenn der ganze Sperrmüll verschwinden würde, der überall abgestellt wurde. Z Bsp alte ausrangierte Couch und Sessel auf den Fluren, „hübsch dekoriert“ mit Tischchen und Häkeldeckchen. Aber alles in allem netter Familienbetrieb. ..... eigentlich dachte ich, sei die Zeit vorbei .....der Plastikblümchen im Schnapspinnchen auf den Tischen im Restaurant und im Zimmer. Essen ist in Ordnung, man darf nicht zu viel erwarten.
