"The accommodation is clean, the staff are friendly, transportation is convenient, the breakfast is excellent, and the price is reasonable. The luggage storage service is very helpful for travelers. Excellent service throughout and very comfortable pillows! I worked very late hours into the night and was very happy to be able to buy tea, coffee and croissants from the front desk even at very very late hours. Great service and wonderful overall experience!

Nos ha encantado el hotel. El persona muy servicial y atento. Tiene distinto tipos de habitaciones, con y sin moqueta. Nos tocó una con un problema en la tv y nos ofrecieron varias habitaciones, hasta darnos otra sin moqueta. El desayuno estupendo. La localización a unos 20-30 minutos andando hasta el centro o tiene un tranvia que pasa por la puerta. Tiene parada de tren directo desde el aeropuerto.

All 3 staff that I saw at the front desk were friendly and professional. My room was spotless and mostly comfortable. I do suggest that they change the shower curtains from black to a light color which will allow light INTO the shower! And the curtain was about 20cm too long, which created a tripping hazard! Unfortunately the drink vending machines did not accept cards at all. I had to cross the street to a vending machine shop for a drink. But overall, the hotel was convenient and clean and comfortable.

Like: Good location, quick to all means of local transportation. Really nice windows. Room was clean, fresh towels every day. Didn't like: We had a double room, but only one of the sockets on the bed worked. Also: We went in the summer and wanted to have the windows open at night. Unfortunately our room was right opposite of a bright neon sign, so we either had it cool and bright or dark and suffocatingly hot.
