The property offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere due to it's location near a forest. There is a lift within the well-kept building. There is a free parking area in front of the building. The rooms are roomy and well-kept, with wood furniture. The bathroom may need some updating. No air conditioning. Breakfast is adequate, however, the selection is limited. As usual, an update is placed at the back of the dictionary. We are in Austria, so it doesn't surprise us. I hope it helps. The best wishes.

I visited this location on our honeymoon 30 years ago and was very happy to return and have another great experience. This is what I would call a traditional ski resort. The room was just a room with a nice bathroom, ticked all the boxes for what we need for one night's stay. The staff on arrival were very friendly and polite, the common areas are very clean and inviting, very comfortable. I spoke to the owner that I met 30 years ago and offered us a complimentary drink that was lovely and very much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, contenacular with cooked eggs, overall I would definitely recommend.

The location is a bit outside the center, so if you want to move around, you need a car. The bed is very nice, but the shape is a bit hard like I like it. The surroundings are lovely, lots of green grass and trees. The view from the room is nice and you have a file as if you are in a forest. The price is worth what you get. No sweets with breakfast. Little elevator. :

We were a group of 18 people who stayed at the hotel. The hotel is lovely, clean, and situated on beautiful grounds just off the main road. A great location outside of the busy innsbruck but only minutes away is the village ills. The rooms are clean and ours has a decent balcony with a view of the garden and trees. There was no tea or coffee maker. Breakfast is basic continental with bread, meats, cheeses, and plenty of eggs. This would have been a 5-star review, but you are living as a guest in the family's home, so I didn't find them very accommodating. Due to the family dominating the living room most evenings, and the hotel was closed up and in darkness by the rp most nights, even though the bar was advertised to be open until 10 pm, there was no real indoor chilling area for visitors. We felt we were sometimes just welcomed as guests.

Highly advisable! This location is a hidden treasure, in essence. Both cars and public transportation are usually nearby. Here, we stayed for four nights and received a welcome card that included complimentary public transportation and a few discounts at a few locations including an up and down cable car ride at Oberperfuss, a 20 reduction at the Lumagica show in Innsbruck, a 10 reduction at Panorama Ski in Innsbruck, and so on. The location had an amazing breakfast and provided free and secure parking. Cats too. The proprietor is really kind and accommodating. Without a doubt, we'll return here! We remained on the 2 th floor, which had an amazing mountain outlook. The area has an elevator.
