Hotel ini memiliki pemandangan gunung yang sangat indah. Furniture hotel terbuat dari kayu yang unik. Sayangnya, hotel-kamar tidak memiliki AC dan hanya kipas angin. Sangat tidak nyaman, kebetulan saya menginap saat musim panas. Menu sarapannya juga kurang variatif.

I appreciate the hospitality provided to me while I was down. I have experienced many things. Besides that, the hotel is excellent and close to the airport, as well as clean. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to assist me in any way they could, including arranging for an early check out at no extra cost at 2 a.m., and they also provided a wonderful sauna. After a skiing accident, I was unable to walk. In addition, the hotel is spotless, near to the airport, and very well-kept. The sauna is lovely too. The breakfast buffet was among the finest I have ever seen, and it didn't contain too many items, but they were full of life.

Two nights on a concert tour. A prestigious home with a hotelier soul. Smiling group and a charming, friendly waiter. Barry sight and magic cuisine combined. Gey when the nights at the airport the horns start to ring. We will be back after the decision has been made in Innsbruck. Ta sae chafe! We stayed here for two nights on a concert tour. A very opulent home with a hotelier soul. Smiling team and a beaming waiter. wonderful view and excellent cuisine. Very peaceful nights and the airport begins to ring. When we come back in Innsbruck the decision has been made, we will be back. Thank you so much!.

We were incredibly excited for our visit and couldn't tear ourselves away from the breathtaking scenery when we first arrived. We had previously reserved accommodation elsewhere through a different company, but when we arrived, it was filthy, unsafe, and bug-infested. We were now panicking and had to quickly locate another place to stay on such short notice. We reserved a room at the Pen Hotel West despite not having any knowledge of this location and immediately feeling as if the charm of the city was crumbling. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. The front desk employee greeted us warmly and made us feel at ease. Our room was tidy, extremely comfortable, and the view was incredibly breathtaking. Our trip was made even more special because of the hotel staff. The receptionist, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, and other employees went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and offered us tips and travel advice. We were completely blown away and are very grateful to those who made innsbruck a magical location for us. Thanks, thank you, pen hotel west team, reception, bar, and other staff! Its location is highly convenient because it is a short bus ride away from the city center and a two-minute walk from the airport. With stunning views, comfortable rooms, and pleasant, smiley personnel, you cannot go wrong staying here
