Although weve stayed at this hotel numerous times, this is the first time we have visited since the Comid and Harish hotels have taken over. They performed an excellent job of restoring the bar and restaurant. The breakfast is still the best I have ever had, and the pool is still outstanding, and the views are unmatched. The bar's service could sometimes be a little slow due to the staff being called here, there, and everywhere, but Dimitrios was amazing and definitely made up for this. We'll undoubtedly return because Kitzbürl has a special place in our heart.

On earlier visits to Kitzbuhel, we had considered staying at the Schlosshotel lebenberg, but for reasons of geography and distance from the ski lifts, we didn't. However, on my recent visit to Kitzbuhel, which was a nonskiing trip, as we stood outside a previous hotel and looked up the road to the Hahnenkamm lift, a road we labored up and down every day, I had a strange experience. It took only a few minutes to walk to the shuttles in the morning and a couple of steps at the end of the day. It was late season, so skiers were scarce. The lebenberg ski shuttle service was praised by other guests, but it was late season, so skiers had limited skiers. The shuttle would cope with the hotel when the hotel is busier, which could be more troublesome. What about the actual hotel itself? The situation may be a little grueling if you regularly stroll into town. It's barely arduous, but the hike back uphill might become a little gruesome. I'm sure there is no good reason to stay there. The hotel offers firstrate amenities, making them less difficult to discover. The lunches on the chalkboard are all breathtaking. The kitchen staff is incredibly talented and serves food of great quality, but there is often no option

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is in the old castle, but at the main door to our room there was a huge rooftop terrace, a large hotel with many facilities, but not on the same level. I want to mention gerry from the restaurant front of the house who reminded me of the old lebenberg hospitality. The service was excellent. And the lady who took our reservation and first phone call. I could hear from her at all about the hotel, the price was fair. And then, the staff was friendly. They were very nice, very helpful, kind, and very helpful. The main point is that the spa and the ski shuttle services are undersized in terms of the demand in winter after a shuttle driver was congested by more guests than the seats. Besides that, this is a huge hotel with its own pool and other amenities, as well as having a large guest, that one of the nicest place in town, so we only left for a bit of bad news. They will ask the manager about this, but they did not require any additional charge for the room. There are more benefits, as you can see from the pool and are also able to have food. I don't believe that all those other things are the same as the real world. However, I didn't even make a single-sea-dozen a nice hotel at this

We will certainly return to this hotel. The Panorama Room had the most beautiful view of Kitzbühel and Hanau in the full width of the very large room. The service was fantastic and the 12 Pension included a 45-course dinner, which was fantastic. It's walking distance from the city center and the all-day shuttle to the ski lift worked perfectly.
