The room was huge. The staff were very helpful and loaned an umbrella for a rainy day. Very centrally located. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on this but definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the very ample breakfast menu and great staff attending. Our room was most comfortable if a bit small, but the bathroom was well appointed. Would highly recommend for comfort and the excellent location to all the cultural institutions and museums.

The hotel is located next to Nachtmarkt and nearby the Opera, so great location for seeing sights, shopping and events. The staff was extremely helpful with information and quickly handled requests. The overall experience was excellent! Only quibble would be that the hotel WiFi in the lobby is mostly nonexistent. In the rooms, the WiFi was excellent.

Nous avons séjourné au sécession Hôtel durant 4 jours, l'hôtel est incroyablement bien situé, dans le quartier de la sécession (d'où son nom), à proximité de la plupart des sites et lieux culturels incontournables (palais Hofburg, l'opéra, les musées Klimt, musée de Mozart, cathédrale saint Stéphane, etc...) et permet de tout faire à pied, le personnel de l'hôtel était charmant, disponible et plein de délicates attentions (j'ai fêté mon anniversaire sur place et j'ai eu la très agréable surprise de découvrir une bouteille à notre retour accompagné d'un mot en Français !), le petit déjeuner est tout aussi incroyable et délicieux. Un super hôtel que je recommande vivement et dans lequel je reviendrai sans hésiter

Hotel was recently renovated. We have big room with large bathroom. Breakfast was rich with various with interesting dishes e.g. smoked salmon, caviar etc.

I might have come and gone from this hotel without ever realizing how amazing it is - had it not been for two emergencies that allowed the staff - particularly Barbara - to reveal herself as a super hero. The first was a bad slip in the room in the early am of Dec 26 that required intense first aid, and the second was a broken zipper on a huge suitcase the morning of a flight on Dec 26 when nothing in the city was open or would be open. Barbara, a former flight attendant, taped the bag closed and -wait for it - found an extra high end suitcase for our overflow stuff in the hotel storeroom some guest had left behind months before. In both instances, she was a calm voice I wish I had in my own head, but am sure not even 20 years of Viennese psychoanalysis would get me. You would have to pay quadruple the price to find comparable service at even a 5 star resort - if you even could (think: The White Lotus). This place is special - don’t overlook it.
