On Christmas 2019, my fiance and I stayed at Landmass Seeth for 4 nights. Everything about our stay was fantastic for us. We had rented a car from Salzburg Airport when we arrived. There was really nothing to criticize about the guest house: the room, the location, the breakfast, the hosts, the views, we loved every minute there and were disappointed to get out. On the third morning, we awoke to a blanket of snow, and when we returned, one of the hosts had seen us and had brought us a table filled with coffee, pastries, and a dark aperitif drink. The friendliest people! We will definitely return to Austria, and a second stay here will be high on our list!.

This family run small hotel has a fantastic view of the small intersex and surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious and brand new but charming. Breakfast is excellent and the hosts super kind. The place is quiet and you have to drive for dinner. But just 30 km from Salzburg it is also a great starting point for exploring the region.

We went there on a extended family trip kids and grandkids, we didn't have high expectations, and we were extremely pleasantly surprised. We rented three rooms, the upper apartment two bedrooms, a nice and well equipped kitchen and a very nice living room, a great shower, very spacious about 100 square meters with a wonderful lake view, and two additional bedrooms, spacious enough with a lake view. There are other excellent examples of excellent service. Upon making the reservation, we requested two baby cribs, and the owners assured us they only had one, but it would not be an issue. When we arrived, we discovered that they had purchased a new one. Another example, on the first day my son asked at breakfast if there was lactose-free milk, and the next morning, there was a fresh carton of it. Completely renovated rooms, the rooms were very clean, newly renovated, and fully equipped. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a wide selection of foods. The lakeside location is nearby, just minutes from nice hikes, in the middle of the tourist area, a short drive from anywhere, and a great location for a family trip, highly recommended.
