We recently got back from four days at this lovely hotel. Our room was upgraded upon arrival, and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us. Such savorable addition after dreading the day. The room had been cleaned, spacious, cozy, wellappointed, etc.. At all times, the staff was polite and helpful. There was so much choice for breakfast, which was excellent. In the heart of alstadt, everything is ideal. We would gladly stay at that hotel again.

The location is great, within walking distance to the main attractions of attstadt. There are also many restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the two of us, the room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. Although the hotel is old, thats part of the charm.

You cant ask for a better place to stay in Salzburg than at the end of the most popular street. Sleep, get ready, and walk out to shops, attractions, restaurants. This is not for you if you are looking for the best posh and modern hotel that would be elsewhere, this is for your needs. Our room was spacious and decorated with antiques, it felt more like we were staying in someones apartment than i was in opulence. The room is large and has reclaimed marble counters and floors. It was big and had an antique decor, making it feel like our room wasnt very noisy in the morning, such as garbage trucks moving bins or street cleaners doing food deliveries to local businesses. Beds were comfortable, but pillows could be better and larger. Front desk staff (I dont remember the name of lady who checked us in late on march 13th and 24th) was excellent! She was accommodating, understanding, pleasant to deal with and gave us an upgrade to our accommodation! Thank you! Bell hops are very helpful and definitely needed as this hotel is difficult to navigate for one reason (it is surrounded by mud and there are no parking available on site unless you arrive by car. Public parking is available over the road about 800 meters above ground ($22 euros per night), and underground parking may also be found below ground. We enjoyed our stay for just one night, so we thought

This location is fantastic, we got a room with vistas of the river, and it was wonderful to open the windows and let the fresh air in. The best part is where this hotel is located. It opens directly up on the main street of old town, giving you easy access to the fortress and local shops.

The hotel is the best hotel in salzburg in my opinion. It is located in the old town near all attractions and on the main shopping street. The design and architecture of the hotel give it an old feel and vibe. Special thanks to the recipient, mr. Mohamed and mercenary, the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location! Wonderful personnel! We recently returned from a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel. Everything was within walking distance. The personnel were excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and polite. Our two connecting suites were plenty of room for us, and our four children were traveling with us! Excellent visit.

Fantastic location. Beautiful rooms. The breakfasts and cafe downstairs are excellent, and the staff is very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble at all. From directions to concert halls, churches, advent markets, bus schedules for arranging transfers. Luxurious decor in both the rooms and public areas of the hotel.

We were fortunate to receive a pleasant upgrade for our threenight stay because of the excellent location, which is difficult to see from the road or riverside - watch for the vertical radar sign and # 26. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients and preparation, dozens of options, and stunning views of both the river and the mountains. I adore the location because it is close enough but not busy or noisy. There is no staff member at the cafe who is more accommodating. Rooms are immaculate. Fantastic tub my wife loved the bath salts and soaker design. We only wish our beds could have been double beds rather than sidebyside twin beds.

This hotel has its best features. It is situated in the old town, which is the center of Salzburgs life. The structure was ancient but wellmaintained. This side of old city is a pedestrian area, adding to its charm. Although the street was busy throughout the day, there was no noise in it. Main street, with sweeping views of the beautiful Salzac river, was accessible on foot from the back side exit. Everything worthwhile to see was within walking distance. There was hardly any noise at all in this room, even though the road was congested throughout that day. Breakfast room offered utmost comfort and privacy, offering vistas of both the river and the mountains. Both the reception staff and breakfast room were extremely helpful. Their omelet was delicious in their morning offerings. Worth staying!.

The location is ideal for walking around old town Salzburg and within a few minutes of all the major attractions. The rooms were also surprising big considering the location. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was professional but friendly and seemed to care about the guests. One of the best radisson Blus ive ever been to in Europe!.
