Our family will love this place. The rooms are spacious with big and wide space, and the pool is also superb, with paddle and slide boats. The restaurant service is also excellent, with plenty of kids activities to do, and the employees are kind and very nice to guests.

We just got back from this hotel and traveled from tui, a foreigner. The location of this hotel is ideal, close to the lake, yet also convenient for other parts of the city and transportation to other destinations. The room we were given initially was very tired and not what we normally would have accepted, so we spoke with the reception and it was changed. This wasnt handled properly, but it was moved to a better room. Our room had a lake view, but it wasnt on the lakeside. The hotel has a lot of areas, and we felt lost occasionally. Lifts, stairs, and bridges can be confusing. We utilized the gym, which was good on a wet day. We also used the spa and pool areas, which were great. The restaurant had a lake view, and as a package purchaser, we ate breakfast and dinner there. The breakfast consisted of a buffet, and you are well cared for, the chef prepared omelettes were our favorite! The nights menu changed every night and one night was a buffet offering. The menu included two starters, two soups, a salad option, several main fish meat, two deserts, and some cheeses. There was also a wine selection in a glass or a bottle. I tried the local white and pinot noir, which went down well, and my husband also liked the tap

Excellent location near the lake, but in the heart of the city, with a heated pool and superb beach service. A hotel with a long history but complete modern equipment, lovely scent. We booked a room with lake views. It was spacious enough, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The option to park in the garage is a big plus. Breakfast was very rich. We had a great time, and we plan to come back.

We recently returned from a fantastic trip to this hotel. However, I feel the need to inform those with young children that you must select your accommodations carefully. The bells will be ringing every 15 minutes throughout the night in the rooms close to the church tower! I didn't have any rest the first night as a result. The lady at the receptionist told me it must have been a mistake the next day because the bells should not ring at night. After the same issue a second night, the other staff members confirmed in the morning that it was always the case that bells ring every 15 minutes at night! As a result, they upgraded us to a much better room overlooking the lake, where we could not hear the bells at all! I wish we could have spent the entire time in that lovely lakeside room. I would certainly like to go back, but the next time, I will make a better reservation at the front.

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel just after visiting. Compared to our typical January visit, it's great to experience the village in a different way. This hotel has excellent service throughout and staff who are always attentive. Lovely room with a wonderful view of the Chafberg, the Calvary Church, and the village square. The only drawback was the absence of a dinner buffet, salad buffet, or strudel buffet. It was even quite unsettling to pay extra for an ice cream one evening because I didn't like the desserts offered with dinner. This has never occurred before.
