Really pleased with this stay. Around the corner is a great Austrian restaurant. Around another corner is a fab cafe on Fransizksner. Apartments were great and exceeded expectations. Will stay again - and I don’t say that often

The property is in a central location, close to the shops and cafes. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I loved Vienna so much I wanted to stay an extra day - being peak season most accomodation is booked out, but they were able to extend my stay without me having to change my room!

We enjoyed our stay at Singerstraße 21/25 in June 2023. The hotel is actually an apartment complex that was converted to a hotel. So, the rooms are quite spacious. We had the double deluxe room, which did not include a kitchenette. However, we had a nice sized mini fridge, Nespresso original machine, and tea kettle. There was plenty of closet and wardrobe space. The water pressure was outstanding in the shower, and the apartment was clean. Housekeeping comes daily. The only issue with the room was the mattress. I have neck and back problems, and I was in a lot of pain during the trip due, in large part, to the very firm mattress. For me, the mattress was quite awful but my spouse slept fairly well on it. There are coin laundry facilities on the basement level, which we used. Nice quality machines that can handle a larger load. The neighborhood is great. There are dining options right outside the door and a Billa grocery store is only 4-5 minutes away by foot. Stephansplatz was approximately 8 minutes by foot, which was fabulous for us. There is a U-Bahn location at Stephansplatz. The main train station was approximately 15 minutes by U-Bahn. The hotel is so close to many wonderful sites but far enough away to be very quiet. We asked the hotel to arrange airport transportation for us, which made things much easier. The staff were always available and very helpful. It was a great stay, mattress quality withstanding. We definitely recommend this hotel.
