We only stayed one night to catch the early morning train to Munich after our Ski holiday. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The building is an old building, but comfortable and has good WiFi. Julia, the receptionist was most efficient and friendly.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here and very much enjoyed the spa area. We even had the pool to ourselves for a morning swim! The staff are very friendly and the rooms well-equipped. We loved the sunny balcony. However we did find the Gourmet Menus are a little over fussy and we weren't keen on the piped music throughout the hotel. Other than that, everything was very convenient and comfortable. A hotel to be recommended!

While visiting Austria my husband and I decided to stay south of Salzburg. We found the hotel on Hotels.com which we always use during our travels. The hotel/spa was amazing. The support staff very helpful, the grounds were beautiful and our stay was wonderful.

I appreciate all the staff here. This is a really good recommendation, stay at this hotel and enjoy the service. The rooms are nice with the latest bathroom equipment, Panorama view, magic swimming pools and excellent food!

We are a family of four that frequently tries to write reviews. However, this hotel deserves a review. We spent two wonderful days at the bundles hotel. The hotel offers whatever you could envision. Although the apartment wasnt brand new, it was quite roomy, light, and spotless. The hotel offers a wonderful spa and pool area with a fantastic view of the fortress and old town. The spa is essentially new and not frequently used by other guests. Our children thus preferred the pool as the only guest while we enjoyed the sauna area. The hotel has a wonderful position. The first ski slope is 7 minutes away, and the old town is a 5 minute walk away. We are not expert skiers, so we thought the Radstadtaltenmarkt ski area was ideal for us. Very nicely prepared, wide, and lengthy piss. Although the price of tickets, which is approximately 1015 higher than at comparable ski resorts, a little shock us. On top of that, it was sunny, so there were perfect ski days. The halfboard package we received was excellent value for the money. The portions were even too large, it might be due to the fact that the winter season would end in the following days and the hotel would close the door until the summer season. I also require personnel exposure. It wasnt a problem for the receptionist to check in late. He opened the sauna area earlier than

My friends and I stayed at the grendler's hotel and had a great time. The warm greeting from the front desk staff set the tone for the following days. The entire team was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is excellent, and the hotel is close to Radstadt's historic old town and has a ton of wellness options.

We are delighted by everything the hotel has to offer from the time we arrived until our check-out. The hotel staff was first-rate, friendly, and accommodating. Furthermore, the half-board was a unique and memorable catering experience. Even the continental breakfast offered the biggest selection you can imagine, including my favorite austrian tea brand members, was varied every morning. We were given three main items for dinner and even had to experience live music, such as an italian night or live music. Additionally, on my birthday, I received a cake with fireworks and a photo frame at checkout in a lovely gesture. The spa center also provided a large indoor pool and up to 10 different saunas. Hot beverages and nutritious snacks were provided. We were the only two people attending the spa before closing time, so we had maximum privacy. Thank you very much for a wonderful ski holiday. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this hotel and will return, you can bet.

Our desire to celebrate our 7 months old child's 7-month wedding anniversary with my wife came to this hotel. Obviously, we would like to visit this place again and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some quality time in Radstadt.

This is a classy Hotel. Good food, nice spa and friendly staff. But maybe it’s time to upgrade all rooms in the near future. The cosy feeling wouldn’t be destroyed. At all.
