This is the best resort we’ve ever stayed at! There is so much do and see! Our ocean view was spectacular from the Reef. Shuttles came every 10 minutes to take you to the other properties or you could just walk. Everything is clean and well maintained and staff is very friendly. We are definitely coming back!

The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen area was very functional and sufficiently stocked with dishes and cooking equipment for us to have both breakfast and/or lunch. I appreciated being able to choose to eat in or savour one of the many restaurants. The pool was large and never felt crowded. When I come back I will want to stay at the reef.

We stayed in a two bedroom harbor view at the Reef. Had lots of space for 4 adults and one 20 year old. Room was clean and well appointed. Resort is beautiful and there is a ton to do. Loved the water park especially the rapid river. Marine life everywhere you turn and the dig is spectacular! Dining we enjoyed most was Cocodrilo, Marina pizza , and Good Lies Sports bar. We were not impressed with Carmines. While salad was huge and tasty, meatball in red sauce and rigatoni was watery and no flavor. Also disappointed in shrimps scampi. Worst was being totally forgotten at end of meal, waited at least 25 from time done eating till asked someone not our waiter to get our check . We did Finn’s, flippers and feathers was absolutely amazing and my ten year old granddaughter was trying to figure out a way to live at Atlantis. Her enjoyment made it a fabulous vacation.

Definitely enough things to do with the kiddos and family all together. Staff was super friendly and food was delicious although a little to much $$$$ for the food for sure :). But overall we will be coming back again. Only recommendation is to make any reservations you want before you get there.

Bring your wallet! $1000 hold placed on credit card for incidentals and they are completely cashless. Don’t get much sleep because the first night the dishwasher beeped all night and had to call the front desk. The next night had to call again because the sprinkler was vibrating so loudly that it woke us up. It could be heard when my husband called the front desk. The response was swift but it was distracting. Overall, it was a nice resort and we enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed at the Reef with a 10 and 13 year old boy. We loved having the full kitchen! The Reef was a bit of a walk to all the water slides and fun activities but it was a beautiful walk and it felt less crowded and more relaxing! The Reef beach was clam and the water was less choppy for my kids. The beach chairs were always available being that that are reserved for the Reef and Cove hotel guests only. The shuttle was a hit in the evening when the kids were too tired to walk. Overall it was an amazing vacation. We are already planning our next trip to Atlantis.

We stayed at the Reef and the rooms were large and had kitchenettes. The location was a little out of the way but the location to the pool and ocean was right there. The rooms need some refurbishing as the furniture is getting a bit worn. All in all the Atlantis is an incredible place for all ages and especially families

We recently stayed at The Reef at Atlantis while I was travelling for work, and it worked well for both business and family. From a family perspective, it was a great choice. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and the aquarium is genuinely spectacular — there was always something to explore. They also really enjoyed the kids’ club, which gave them some independence and variety during the stay. My husband made the most of the casino, so there was truly something for everyone. The room itself was a highlight. Having a full kitchen gave us much-needed flexibility, especially when travelling with children, and made the stay far more comfortable and convenient. From a work standpoint, the location was very practical. It was easy to get to and from meetings, which made balancing work and family time much smoother. The main area for improvement would be the food. The options felt somewhat limited, and the overall quality could be better given the standard of the resort. Overall, it’s a very good option if you’re looking to combine work and family travel, with plenty to keep everyone entertained, but with some room to improve on dining.

If you want a HUGE resort with amazing sunrises and great snorkeling, give Atlantis a shot. This is one property I think everyone should visit at least once. It is stunning! I highly recommend going onto the FB groups for tips before visiting. The snorkeling on paradise beach was absolutely more wonderful than I expected. We saw everything you could hope to - spotted eagle rays, sea turtles, octopus, lobster, tropical fish, coral...you name it. We spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. Bring your own snorkel and a swim shirt to avoid sun burn. The water park and the pools were great. I LOVED the rapids river - such a cool idea. We were there 9 days and still didn't get to every pool- the place is massive. The Dig is 10/10!!!! It is an open air aquarium that you can walk through underground. Styled like the lost city of atlantis it is positively magical, both day and night. We stayed at the Reef, and I would recommend the Reef or Cove. These were definitely the nicer hotels, and had amazing views. They also have a few private amenities. My only complaint would be the food - almost all of it was 'meh' - ok but nothing to write home about. The food is VERY VERY VERY expensive so bring anything you can from home - I always eat out when traveling but this was next-level pricey...breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids runs about $100-150, and dinner is around $200-250 for the cheaper meals.

Absolutely loved Atlantis. Our favorite was the dolphin experience. Absolutely worth the money. We’ve done two dolphin experiences at other places and this one was by far the best. Happy dolphins and happy trainers. The beaches were clean, the restaurants were great and best of all, you can drink the tap water in your room and they have bottle refill stations through out. Multiple pools and we always found available loungers. The loungers have a shade cover which was very useful but some were broken. Getting towels was very easy and convenient, no need to bring one to exchange one, you get unlimited towels. We had a Harbour View at the Reef. Not only did we have a view of the harbour, we had a view of the ocean from the balcony and the Dolphin Cay! Every morning we watched the dolphins from the balcony with our coffee. Absolutely loved our trip.

This trip was good. Property was excellent. Bring lots of cash if you’re planning on going off the resort. Things are pretty expensive on and off the resort.
