The staff were all friendly and the food was exceptional. When we arrived there was no safe in the room and the TV did not work, both these issues were handled quickly. The other issue is that the hot tub did not work and we could not be switched to another room. The main reason Abidah was chosen over other hotels was the hot tub so this was very disappointing and I feel I should have been compensated in some way.

Abidjan is a lovely adult hotel with a friendly and capable staff. I had a few issues my first day, but they were dealt with well. The pool area is well kept, but there are no grounds to speak of. The chef is outstanding with many years of experience and after chatting with him, you know he loves his work. I really enjoyed my stay there and would not hesitate to return.

The Abidah is very clean the staff is friendly and the all inclusive food the drinks to die for this hotel is the bomb the house keeping girl Janelle takes care of the room keeping it nice clean and tidy the hot tub is a plus I would recommend and stay here again on my visits to Barbados

The Abidah was a wonderful getaway for me. I traveled solo and wanted absolute peace and quiet and it provided that. The staff were very friendly, the drinks were great and the food was good. My only suggestion is more variety of food during the week. Also, have some snacks available if someone wants a snack in between meals.

The Abiddah is lovely little hotel food is superb and the staff are amazing everyone is so helpful and smiling. Do a catamaran trip catch the Reggie buses to some of the other beaches just to see the island very safe

We arrived let evening and the night watch treated us great, made the check in quick and very friendly. The star of the place was Mr Adrea. This gent will do anything to get a smile and will take excellent care at all times of the day, especially at the beach.

Grab some popcorn and get comfortable: Ill start the cons so we can end this triumphantly. The eating: the "all inclusive" is 3 meals a day plus tea. Im American so i have no idea what tea time consists of. You need to PLAN to eat during those alloted times. There are no alternatives between meals, not even a vending machine nor room service. So once dinner ends at 8:30pm you're on your own for another 12 HOURS. Theres not even a microwave for meals later on. PLEASE plan for this! Theres no shuttle but you can get a taxi, which was $13-20(oh, youre American dollar exchange rate is double theirs, BONUS!!) BUT having to get a taxi every where you want to go is EXPENSIVE!!!!!! plan for at minimum for 2 people $25 one way. Pros: They were SO accommodating in every single way possible. Maybe because it was the off season and there were hardly any guests but they didnt fail. We were told the wrong dining times and couldn't get a taxi (oh, they will arrange every taxi for you!) To make up for it they did feed us and later sent up a complimentary bottle of wine. Every single staff we met made us feel like their personal guests. This is something you cant get at places like the Hilton. Attention to each guests needs were no. 1 priority. One evening they gave us a cooler and drinks and they walked it down to the beach for us. We only used housekeeping once but they also did a phenomenal job! We had an oceanside suite. So it had 2 balconies. BOOK A STAY NOW!
