I had inquired about making a reservation for a room the day before we arrived in Auvelais. The proprietor, fabienne, went above and beyond to arrange a room for us even though the room was already booked, as there was a cancellation and she recognized our request because we were arriving by bicycle and there were no other hotels in town. The next morning, my wife was left feeling unsteady by a migraine headache, so fabienne once more figured out a way to make us spend another night by reworking her room reservations. Apart from feeling genuinely concerned, we enjoyed the property. Our room, which was on the top level and had exposed wooden beams crisscrossing the ceiling, was charming and had exposed wooden beams crisscrossing the ceiling, but it was also modern, tidy, and pleasant. Three weeks after our visit, the restaurant is beautifully furnished and inviting, and three weeks later, the superb cuisine is still being raved about. As my wife's migraine impacted our cycling journey, we will be returning to Auvelais again someday to complete the journey we had intended. Additionally, when we do, we look forward to spending time at a fleur de coquette once more.

If you choose a hotel with a worldwide branding, this is not for you. It is not a hotel with a restaurant, but a restaurant with a few rooms on top. It's on the road and there is no parking, though I saw a sign that said there was one available for 5 euros. I parked on the street right outside the door. No fee, and the car was still there in the morning. Check in is unusual because it's in the restaurant. I was fortunate I was late because the restaurant was about to open, and I managed to attract the attention of a very helpful waitress, whose English was far better than my French there was a sign on the door saying call a number if you come when it's closed, but it's not easy if you don't have a phone or you do not speak french. I recommend getting there after 6 a.m. because it's not for the faint of heart, so if you need a lift lift type of traveller, go somewhere else. The bathroom was small, with a comfortable single bed, and an air conditioner for heating and cooling, a wardrobe, a minibar, a desk, and free wifi you need a code. There is only one english-speaking channel, and it was can not be too thrilling. The food was lovely and a little cramp

This hotel is located in a small town that is about halfway between Charleroi and the name. It is close to the railway station. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated even down to a toothbrush and toothpaste pack in the bathroom. I will definitely stay here again.

The condition was very nice and renovated. Room size was big enough for both of us. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed, especially for the key, we got at the door when we needed it. We were in the top floor, with 4 flights of winding stairs so we were ready for the climb. There is plenty of free parking there, from 5 am to 9 am.
