Excellent location, close to the main street and not too close to the metro! We enjoyed filling up our water bottles before going out, and having a kitchen and fridge was essential for our trip (which includes a dishwasher, washing liquid, and sponge). Unfortunately, when we arrived, the lights in the bathroom were broken, and the air conditioning didnt blow any air out, making it very hot. Fortunately, the receptionists are very accommodating. They promised to send an electrician out, and we were given a new room with everything in working condition. We still thought it was too hot, even in winter!, and we had to open the window, which was very noisy due to construction. The bed wasnt the most comfortable either, and it was a little fragile because it is a sofa bed, but it was fine. The shower pressure and heated towels were excellent. The second room was much cleaner, though, and there was some mold in the shower and the toilet needed an extra scrub under the rim, but the second room was much cleaner! A toaster would also be a great addition to the kitchen. The customer service and location were excellent.

We arrived on a friday for a weekend stay and were greeted warmly and checked in very efficiently by one of the very nice and helpful staff. Our room was really good, very clean and spacious with a separate toilet and even its own kitchenette. The room was also very quiet with the windows closed. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, its in a great location and the staff are very helpful to make your stay memorable. Thank you very much!.

During the reservation and checkin process, it seemed like a very basic room. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The staff was friendly. The location is very central. The room was excellent. They kept my luggage for the day when i was in the city. I will definitely visit again!.

This place is safe. This hotel is in a good condition. The hotel is close to the town's sights, and most of its major attractions are reachable from there. The hotel is a block away from the town, and I have a plethora of shops. Our sons ages 21 and 17 accompanied us on our journey. There are two twin beds because the pullout sofa bottom twin pulls out from under the couch. I find it comfortable. We had two twin beds pushed together, and both found them relaxing. The room was tidy, and the beds were cozy. Because it has a complete kitchenette, this hotel would be ideal for longer stays. Although our room was on a busy street, the street noise was minimal. I noticed that the bed had two twins pushed together? And both of them find it comfortable. When a four-person trip, having an hour-and-a-half bed was simple. We were able to get to the city sights while we were there. If your room isn't ready yet upon arrival, they can hold your luggage. We must use the room key card to gain access to the hotel from the street. I was pleased that people who aren't staying at the hotel are kept out. To use the lift, you also need your room key card. I felt safe and secure. The front desk was proficient in several languages. There

The apartments here were really wonderful and quite comfortable, because they had a great corner apartment facing the pedestrian area in the Brouckere Anspach District. The staff is also very responsive and kind. The condition of the apartment is clean and quiet. They also have easy check-in. The location is near metro and tram and it's easy to find at the receptionist who are very good.

I stayed in this location for 7 nights. The location is fantastic, near to shops, cafes, restaurants, the central station, and the grand place. There is also a metro stop right next to the hotel, called la brouckere. I mention that the accommodation units policy stipulates that the room be cleaned only if it is occupied for at least 8 nights. It is the first situation of this sort that I have encountered in a hotel, particularly since there is no information about this on the hotels website, and the hotel staff did not notify me when I checked in. We only asked at the reception about how our room was not cleaned after three days of checking. We paid 22 euros for a complete cleaning, but when we got home, we found that there was still dust and stains on the floor. It should also be noted that even though I stayed in a studio with a room, kitchenette, and a very large bathroom, things could be improved in that the walls required repair and painting, and the mattresses and linens could be replaced with some of high quality.

Our family of 4 2 kids 8 4 year old stayed here for 3 nights. Frisatsun loved the room and the hotel. It's literally next to the subway de brouckere very close to the grand place, pubs, supermarkets and shopping centers. Walk in any direction and youll be delighted. The room itself is spacious, even after the sofa bed large very comfortable for children is opened, there is still space to open a large suitcase on the floor an unmei need I experienced elsewhere. There is a limited open view from the room, so that's something one might want to check before check in if it's important to them did not to us, as we spent most of the day inside. Other notable benefits juicebeverage at the reception great choice daily flavor! There are lots of storage cabinets in the room, separate the shower bathroom and bathroom with sinks. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator! suggest that the kitchen has more cooking pots.

In terms of room types, keep in mind that you are in the heart of a really lively city, so you might hear some noise until the early hours of the morning if you're facing the famous landmark, or ask for a quieter room. The rooms are tastefully furnished, roomy, and cozy, and have three balconies overlooking a magnificent area on the sixth floor. The absence of a fully equipped kitchen and living room is convenient. Breakfast was varied to suit all tastes. Staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, quick, and enjoyable.
