Nice hotel with nice location and nice staff! Walking distance from Antwerp Central station. Spacious and clean room. Staff at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. As we were in a hurry to go somewhere, we were kindly allowed to check in early, which was super helpful.

The flat was convenient and location is excellent 15 min walk to the train station. There was a cleaning service multiple times per our stay. The area is safe and there is a supermarket just in front of the building. The staff was really nice, gave us some tips about the city. Will come back.

Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to spend a few days at Answer. Close to the train station, clean rooms and great breakfast. Winston at the reception is an angel who always goes out of his way to make your stay more than perfect. Not far from the city center 20 minutes on foot.

The front desk staff were exceptional. I am sorry that I did not get all of their names, but I do remember Winston very well, a kind and friendly soul. Their thoughtfulness and kindness went a long way towards making my stay memorable. In addition, the room (actually, apartment with kitchenette) to which I was assigned was roomy, bright, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was convenient and I have nothing to suggest in the way of improvement. The online photos were representative of the apartment in which I stayed.

Arass Business Aparthotel is conveniently located a few kilometers from the Antwerp city center, with the easy access to E19 motorway. It has an ample covered car parking in the inner yard (at the extra fee), entrance from the main street, very easy to park and get in and out. Hotel building is old, but it seems recently refurbished. Very attentive and responsive reception staff (however, limited working hours: 8:00-17:30, outside these hours the entrance is with the code for the self check-in and the electronic card). We stayed in the Penthouse apartment, which is very bright and spacious, featuring up to ceiling windows and large terrace. Apartment consists of the bedroom and living-room with the separate kitchen corner. Good soundproofing, since we haven't heard any noise. Apartment is simply decorated (slightly lacking of the modern style), but is cozy, warm, clean and equipped with all necessary facilities for the comfortable stay. It has the individually adjustable heating, two air-conditioning units in both rooms, two flat-screen TVs, comfortable bed with good quality bedding, including extra pillows. Good shower with the normal water pressure. Excellent WI-FI. There is a big Supermarket Delhaize in the front of the hotel, where we found everything we needed and even more. Overall, it's a comfortable aparthotel, especially suitable for a longer stay.

We discovered arras hotel on the internet and were first drawn to the prices and the location, minutes by foot from the city center. But it's not what we remember. The kindness of Winston made us feel so welcome! They were also flexible with the checkout time and kept us some breakfast even though it was late. I recommend it to couples, families or alone, this place is perfect. We will definitely return!.

I was here for almost three months on a business trip, so the location was chosen for me. It is unquestionably a different location to stay. As for the rest, I gave it a score of 1, not because the front desk personnel are really nice, welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. The hotel is located between two buildings, and it is not their responsibility, but links to other issues that are the hotels's responsibility. Thus, the noise from the construction sites and the road is terrible from around five in the morning through around eleven pm, resulting in me not only to sleep wearing earplugs, but also taking sleeping tablets. Expect a good night's sleep. A colleague was staying at the back of the structure, and the noise from the smoking area, which includes people talking and drinking, is also deafening. The room's heat is the biggest concern. The window downstairs only cools the living area, and the window upstairs only cools the living space. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but even with requests, refuses to turn them on. This is simply deplorable and unfriendly. Again, it's false. The hotel advertises free, fast wifi, but it's horrifying. I attempted a speed test and shared it with the hotel only to be informed there is no problem. I also shared it with a friend who works there, and

I was thrilled to stay here again. I had a wonderful weekend and good value for money. On the morning of my stay, the front desk phoned to inquire about check-in hours. It was wonderful that they sent me instructions on how to lock my room keybox because I was arriving late. Winston, the front desk employee, was very helpful, with city information and a grin. The room was tidy and comfortable. a little kitchen that could be used as a place to cook. The to selection was excellent, however, the free wifi was quite slow.

The staff is so sweet and helpful. And then, the breakfast was great. After that, the building's size is quite spacious, with a big closet in the bed, which is very comfy. Subsequently, the breakfast was wonderful. For the room itself, it's actually on two levels, with a kitchen, fridge, stove, and four-seater table. Afterward, the floor was also big, with a living room and bedroom.
