Séjour de 3 nuits à la découverte de Bruxelles. L’emplacement est plutôt bien, quartier vivant mai grâce au triple vitrage aucun bruit de la rue. À 4 min du Métro et 20 min à pied de la gare et du centre ( mannekenpis). L’équipement est bon, le minimum mais efficace. Propreté ok. Lit en bon état. Communication très bon pour récupérer les clés. Je recommande

Appartement conforme aux photos! Quartier vivant. j'ai aimé! Je suis étonné de lire certains commentaires évoquant la sécurité, J'y ai passé 4 jours et 3 nuits et je rentrais au delà de minuit chaque fois, aucun incident vécu...Si le fait d'être un quartier fréquenté majoritairement par les noirs et arabes suffit pour déterminer le niveau d'insécurité, ça en dit long sur la pensée profonde de ces clients qui laissent ce genre de commentaires.

Vi overnattede 1 nat, og det var helt fint. Rent og pænt værelse, og der var sæbe og shampoo på bad, og opvaskemiddel og sæbe på køkkendelen. Stort køleskab og mulighed for at lave mad. Café på hjørnet af bygningen, så man kunne købe morgenmad, de tager kun imod kontanter. Mange små spesialbutikker i området. Kort at gå til centrum af Bruxelles. Ca 25 min.

The property itself is quite nice and my family and I were happy with it. The location isn't great--the neighborhood is questionable and there is a lot of trash on the sidewalks. Still, we weren't spending a lot of time in our room or in the neighborhood, so it suited our needs. My only complaint is that we were in need of additional towels and washcloths and we ran out of toilet paper in the bathroom, all of which I requested. The request was ignored.

J'ai fait une réservation dans un hôtel. À la fin, quand je suis arrivé, je n'ai pas trouvé la réservation. j'ai appelé le service client de Hotels et ils m'ont trouvé un autre hébergement dans un studio. Tout s'est bien passé malgré la galère.

The room was fine. No TV which we hadn't seen at booking. Once you have your entrance fob it was a little unclear where it went. Someone helped us. The arrival and check out time is later and earlier than other places (4pm and 10am). It is located in a very unloved environment. The front door is beside a cafe where the visitors use the front door step as a meeting point. They moved but it feels a little uncomfortable.

Rien à redire sur le logement, chambre propre avec sdb agréable, petit coin cuisine, équipement correct. La localisation est également appréciable, à moins de 30 minutes à pied des principaux points d’interêt de Bruxelles. En revanche , le processus de réservations est avéré complexe : en plus du paiement sur Expédia, il vous est demandé de fournir un certain nombre d’autres données par e-mail et d’effectuer une pré-autorisation de paiement à hauteur de 80 euuros. Or, une telle procédure n’est explicitée à aucun moment dans la partie instructions sur Hôtels.com, contrairement à ce que prétend l’établissement. Dommage que la procédure soit aussi complexe pour un simple week-end.

Appartement parfait dans un quartier moyen mais proche du centre à pieds. Par contre, les conditions et étapes pour y accéder trop compliquées ! Pour le jour du départ, je tiens à signaler de ne surtout pas sortir le matin jusqu’à 10.00 car vous ne pourriez plus y rentrer, la porte principale est bloquée… Cette étape importante n’est pas précisée ! The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. However, there was a small internal room accessed from inside the bathroom with a loosely locked door, which felt unsafe and unsettling at night. The building has no elevator. The surrounding neighborhood was dirty, with garbage on the streets, and felt unsafe; there were people loitering and drinking outside. Check-in was listed as 15:00 and check-out at 10:00, but after booking I was informed check-in would only be possible after 16:00 due to cleaning, resulting in a very short stay for a full night’s charge. Although payment was completed through Hotels.com, an €80 credit-card pre-authorization was required to receive the access codes. Twelve days after checkout, the amount has still not been released, and my bank confirmed it is not a banking issue. Communication with the host was limited to WhatsApp and slow; a question about parking fees was only answered after checkout.

READ BEFORE BOOKING! The room itself matched the description on the website — it was clean, adequately furnished, and appeared as shown in the photos. However, everything else was deeply concerning. The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the very first moment. As soon as we arrived, several men standing near the entrance and along the street started watching us closely while we got out of the taxi and entered the building. It was an uncomfortable situation that immediately made us feel uneasy. During the short time we were there, we witnessed drug dealing taking place in broad daylight, and the overall environment felt threatening and insecure. For safety reasons, we decided to leave the property shortly after checking in. After we left, I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and to request a refund for the unused nights. The response I received was shocking — the hotel offered to refund a small portion of the total amount, and only under the condition that I do not post a review about my experience. This kind of condition is completely unacceptable and unethical, not to mention unlawful. Guests should never be pressured or financially influenced to remain silent. Reviews exist to help other travelers make safe and informed choices, and attempting to suppress honest feedback is not only morally wrong but also against consumer protection laws. Despite the room being fine, the hotel‘s reaction makes it the absolute worst I‘ve ever witnessed

I'm not a fan the fact the place has no staff (it's sign in yourself with a lock key system). The area it was in was a complete dump and frankly felt unsafe (at night). There was rubbish all over the streets, the pavements were badly damaged, the buildings are run down, graffiti everywhere, only very foreign shops operating and at night only men wandering around the streets.

La habitación era moderna pero la calefacción no funcionaba en condiciones .las vistas a un patio interior lleno de excremen tos y orín de animales.Y el barrio no lo recomiendo para nada y mucho menos si vas con menores. La sensación de inseguridad hasta que llegas al hotel es notoria y la suciedad en l mismo barrio es algo que no había visto nunca.Llegamos para cuatro noches y solo hicimos la primera.

This was by far the worst place we stayed at during our entire trip to Europe with family. The apartment was located in the middle of a dirty and unsafe neighborhood. There was no elevator, and we had to carry our suitcases up two long and steep flights of sharp stairs, which was incredibly difficult. The check-in process was horrible, no one was available to help us access the building. We were left waiting on the street for 20 minutes with our kids and luggage. Eventually, they sent a message and demanded an extra $20 for check-in at 3 PM, even though every other place we stayed had a standard check-in time starting at 3 PM with no extra fees. The studio itself was tiny, cramped, and not clean. There was barely any space between the bed and the kitchen area. During our stay, no cleaning was provided, and we were expected to take the trash out ourselves. On the day we checked out, they sent us a photo accusing us of not cleaning the apartment and then threatened legal action unless we left a five-star review. This was deeply disturbing. The staff and owners were extremely unprofessional and manipulative. Their behavior was not only unethical but also felt like a scam. We are writing this review to warn others, do not book this place. No family or traveler should have to go through this kind of experience.
