I like the location and the hotel. It is very practical and next to the city, has what you need. There is no TV and no mini fridge at this room. The hygiene is OK. The reception is beautiful.

The location was excellent, round the corner from a main shopping street, five minutes walk from a metro station and walking distance from the Grand Place. The hotel is full of character and the staff friendly.

The rooms are historic and cute. The washrooms could use an update. I highly recommend bringing earbuds as you can hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast costs 14 euros and is totally worth it! One of the best breakfast spreads ive ever seen!.

Its an old hotel with a lot of character. You will be disappointed if you expect anything like a chain. However, if you take advantage of the experience of these old buildings, you will be very happy. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing, with a tub deep enough for a large person like myself to soak in. The front desk staff were very good. And the breakfast was very good. Also, the hotel is very quiet which i appreciated.

Overall, a pleasant surprise in Brussels. Just missing the fridge and coffee maker in the room to be called a 4 star hotel, otherwise similar facilities. Very good hotel. Very well located in a safe neighborhood with a shopping center and street 1 min from the hotel and many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Very close to main city center attractions and main european meeting points (15 min by transports). Located on a small street, you can still hear a little outside as you would at home so not very noisy. The staff are very nice and helpful.

We had a great time at hotel le Berger. I really liked the oldfashioned charm of the room, i only wish we were in a room with even more detailed and jazzy wallpaper because i love the style. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, we had a great sleep. The shower head was amazing and despite being small, the bathroom was functional. The only downside to the hotel, in our experience, was that the room itself was very dark with dim lighting which made it a bit difficult to get ready for the day and find things. Second, it could be a bit noisy at times, but we sleep with white noise so this wasnt a problem for us specifically. Overall a very cute hotel.

Alarm kebakaran berbunyi pada malam hari (pukul 4 pagi) memaksa semua tamu turun ke lantai dasar hotel di tengah malam dan tidak ada isyarat komersial sebagai imbalan (bahkan kopi atau croissant tidak ditawarkan keesokan harinya. Kami mengerti bahwa pihak hotel tidak bertanggung jawab atas ketidaknyamanan ini, tetapi imbalannya akan dihargai sebagai kompensasi atas malam yang sangat mengganggu ini.
