For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels. Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include: • Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian. • Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s). Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay.
Pentahotels has a strict no-smoking policy in our non-smoking rooms. If you choose to smoke in these rooms or remove/adjust the smoke detector, you will be subject to incur a fine of up to 250 EUR.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of EUR 20 per night per pet.
The property can provide baby cot for bad aged from 0 years old till 2 years old. It is subject availability.
For children between 1 years old to 6 years old can sleep with existing bed with parents. Above 6 years old, need book a connecting room.
Time schedule for the airport shuttle bus: daily from 06:00 to 09:15 and from 18:00 to 22:45.For children until the age of 5, staying free of charge in the parents' room, food and beverages are complimentary.For children between the age of 5 up until 11 included, staying free of charge in the parents' room food and beverages will be charged at a 50 per cent discount.
