This is a nice inn that is in a safe area, close to many restaurants. I traveled as a large party of 19. Our room was on the second floor, triple sharing, so we had two fairly large single beds with one floor mattress. The room was large and big for the 3 of us and our luggage. The room was clean and well-lit, with two single sofas and a coffee table. They provided a room heater. The linens and towels provided were clean. The bathroom was big and clean. Had a bathtub as well. It would have been helpful if the restroom lighting had been better. Because we traveled during the beginning of winter, they had a major problem with the water supply in the early hours due to frozen water in pipes. This occurred on both days we were there. Breakfast was clean and they could definitely improve customer service. The room has good wifi. However, the lobby and reception have poor connections.

A must-see hotel for other tourists like me. We were a group of 14 students who visited human on an educational trip. We had to settle somewhere cheaper due to a lack of money, but the Khamsunn Inn gave us a deal that was affordable but the best! The hotel room was better than a 3-star and the heater was a relief in the cold hard winter.

Great hotel for family travelers, amazing hospitality, great staff, good Indian food. The rooms are equipped with all amenities, great value. Staff is always helpful, the rooms are clean, cafes and restaurants are nearby.

The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful, my room heater wasn't working, so they switched rooms. Food was good. Stayed for 2 days and enjoyed my stay. There is a balcony in every room, so you can see the mountains from there and take a bath.

I am very grateful to Khamsum Inn for their hospitality during my official visit to Rub. All the staff were really friendly. The room was clean with a nice view, nice toilet. Special thanks to Machi for supporting us with the itinerary change.

I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn .

The staff is nice but lack experience. Many problems during my one week stay. No light in the bathroom, frequent water cut, power failure, Wifi not working. Some nice things too: room clean, bed very comfortable, good cooking and smiling people whatever can occur.

I stayed in this hotel one week for business purpose. Although the room was nice with a lot of space and the bed really comfortable, I had a lot of problem with WiFi, I didn't have water for one day, the boiler has only functioned for 2 days out of 7. So, I wouldn't strongly recommend this hotel for a long stay.
