Quiet location on the river, but not far from the town. The service from all staff was outstanding and very welcoming . The food was great and went out of their way to accommodate food request. The exec chef, Satyajeet and his staff provided amazing service. We also used BhutanSwallow tours and would highly recommend their services.

This hotel is in one of the best locations possible, by the gurgling river Paro, along which you can stroll at leisure after the brilliant high-tea the chefs here serve. The rooms are great, and the hospitality team led by the manager Ugyen Wangchuk (special mention to wait staff, Tashi Tobgay) is really good at their jobs. The whole kitchen staff led by Chef Satyajit and Rahi are so welcoming and good. Ugyen Dorji at the coffee shop is always ready with fun conversation. We really enjoyed the Chef’s hospitality and great cooking. We didn’t anticipate our trip to Bhutan to be a good food trip, but the chefs here have gone above and beyond to ensure we have a great time!

A pleasant stay at the end of our hectic trip. This gave us opportunity to relax and gear up for the hectic schedule that awaited us. The overall experience was good and the property lived up to all expectations from a 5-star property. There was nothing much to do at the property apart from usual spa, gym etc. This appeared more as a business hotel rather than a resort that we had assumed. Perhaps a cultural evening or help in planning few off-beat activities in a tourist destination like Paro would have been wonderful.

期待していた以上のホテルでした。食事も満足できるものでした。ただ、夕食は味は良かったのですが、量が日本人には多すぎてもてあましました。少ない量の選択があればありがたいと思いました。

This hotel was fantastic. We had gotten back from a hike to the Tigers nest and our boots were covered with dust. We asked them about cleaning and the staff came and picked them up and got them cleaned immediately. It is a really nice hotel and the food and spa services were really good as well.

Close to airport and gives you the desired comfort. We liked the indoor pool a lot. Varieties of Indian food are very rich.

All the members of the staff that we met at the property were impeccably polite and friendly. Room service was easy and the selection was great. The real plus was the fantastic view from our room. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Paro!

The room is fine. not much more. The manager is upfront about the coronavirus as a guest as we checked in and left. Massage was good but better. The food looked wide but it was only Indian curry. Service as it were. The grounds were good and the views were good. Only good for one night. Many if they can visit tigers nest.

First of all, the hotel setting is ideal. That's what you want, so you can really take in the beautiful unspoiled nature of the human country. The hotel is modern, clean, and has definitely a sense of peace. The design complements the view of the river. The only downside was the service. Maybe it was because we were treated so well as Lifetime titanium elite in the thimphu area. Both hotels are excellent. One is a city hotel the other is one on the outskirts. Great location to see the tigers nest.

The place is like any other place, it's relaxing, the lobby and restaurant are nice, the river in the back is nice and the tour company knows what hotel is best for you. People are very pleasant there. I used raven tours a local company from there.

My husband and I chose this hotel as part of our honeymoon in human. We were greeted by the front desk staff in the deli, who took the initiative to introduce the hotel amenities and services to us. We were particularly impressed by the executive chef, tank. When we arrived for the breakfast buffet, he approached us and offered us chicken broth and congee. This is very appreciated because both chicken soup and congee were very delicious and kept us warm during the cold season in human. He also pays close attention to our requests and took the initiative to suggest a dinner menu. On top of that, he perfectly fulfilled the demands for dumplings, which both my husband and I enjoy. The hotel was gracious enough to arrange for a packed breakfast for us to take away because we had to catch a very early flight in the morning. The entire experience made the stay very memorable. There were some minor hiccups in the rooms as we experienced sudden electrical faults on our first night. We alerted the front desk and they took action immediately. Thankfully, it didn't occur on the second night.

The location and grounds are stunning.. In a beautiful, clear river with majestic mountains as backdrop. All the rooms have views of the river and the views are a great way to start and end your day. The rooms were as expected for this type of property, comfortable and have well-appointed bathrooms. The staff was professional and attentive as one would expect from a Le Mercer property. The lobby was a great place to relax with beautiful views and a bar with cocktails and snacks. The restaurant had a large buffet with a variety of cuisine. I enjoyed the full variety while my traveling partner was actually getting over a stomach issue from the days before our visit and she was able to find milder food that her stomach could handle. The tigers nest climb is accessible to a wide variety of ages and fitness levels but it is still challenging so we felt it was important to stay in a hotel house where we can have a comfortable and enjoyable experience so we can get the most out of it. Le meridian lived up to those expectations. Our room was quiet and comfortable and allowed us to have a good night's sleep. Before and after our climb, we could relax in the pool, sauna, and steam room. The breakfast staff went above and beyond without asking, packed a container full of bread, muffins, and fruit for us to enjoy as we were well rested and ready for our

Everything was great except for the bed being way too hard. For the second night we asked for some extra duvet covers and blankets which we but under us too soften up the hard bed. It made it a lot better. Location and staff were excellent! Perfect for staying in Paro if you want to be close to the airport.
