Habitación limpia, cama muy cómoda. Calefacción no recomendable para invierno, para nosotros en eate tiempo funcionó perfectamente de 7° a 9°. Los encargados del hotel muy amables y gentiles. Especialmente Jovana, muy atenta. Gracias!!!!

Lovely modern apartment with a great view of the lake and sunsets. Very proactive and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and very tasty. Llamas were a great addition to the experience. Perfect value for money.

Decent stay. Staff were friendly and room was spacious and clean with a good view. A little bit of a walk away from the centre and a few stray dogs along the walk isn’t the best at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay though!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was good and served in a lovely setting overlooking the water. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and always available when needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast was poor, no milk for coffee or cereal. Not enough plain omelette for all the (5) people at breakfast. Fresh fruit, juice, cereal and sliced bread was provided. Room was ok, good size and view. Poorly sound insulated from above and below, we could hear people in the other rooms conversations clearly. Staff were friendly.

Quite a walk from town (and as of Mar 2026 the road is under construction), front desk not 24hrs, no restaurant or deli onsite. Very minimal staff but the one employee we saw was very friendly and helpful. The property will be very nice once repaired. Our room was missing a window covering, bathroom window taped shut, no soap. Good value for the price but would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The Llamas and cats were the highlight of our stay.

No están disponibles los servicios que publican, no sirve la piscina, la calefacción es un aparato que no calienta, el restaurante solo ofrece desayuno y está alejado de donde se puede ir a comer caminando. Toca gastar extra en taxis.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience from the beginning of our stay. We got there at 1:30 pm, and no one was there. We waited for 20 minutes, then found a number on Expedia and called; they reached the receptionist. The receptionist said the reservation was for one person, which was my mistake. I booked it for one adult. And wanted to charge me the full room rate for my wife, $39. I told her that the price for the room for two adults is $41 on Expedia, and I can pay the $2 difference. The hotel/owner messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to pay the full room price. I messaged the number in Expedia and explained the issue. They told me to pay the $2 difference and that they would message the manager. The manager and receptionist agreed. But we found out the room was not ready and needed to be cleaned. It’s 2 pm by that time. We got the key for the room - the bed sheets were dirty, and there was no soap in the bathroom. After all of this, I get a message from the manager that I actually need to pay $3, not $2. At that point, I didn't want to argue; I said, "ok." I paid the receptionist, who charged me a higher exchange rate than the local market rate. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and made our experince unpleasant and unwelcoming. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.
