The hotel has a beautiful old structure with a courtyard, a terrace with beautiful city views, a nice rooftop bar, and a small spa with a jacuzzi that is situated in the heart of the old city center of Sugar. Beautiful old buildings with several courtyards, terraces and beautiful views of the city, a nice rooftop bar, and a jacuzzi are located here. They require renovation. For instance, the heating is not very good and it gets cold so you might need an additional heater and cover. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. Breakfast is taken in a beautiful room, but it is frequently very cold there. The food selection and quality are very average. The staff is kind and helpful. But keep in mind that they can't always be patient because they are not very fast. Probably one of the more excellent options in sucre, but not on a five-star rating. Because it has potential, it is best that they can improve them.

Aside from its historical character, this property is in a great location close to the central square, which is only a few blocks away. Small and charming lobby. Many of the hotel's accommodations are surrounded by the courtyard, and there is a charming courtyard. The bed in the room is sagging and creaking, and they are quite old. The most noisiest room in this hotel is my major complaint. Even the quietest visitors may be heard passing by. The charming rooftop bar is a plus.

The public spaces are beautiful. But the rooms need some updating. Mattress sag, closet only had four hangers for two people, safe not working, bathroom grout very moldy. The biggest letdown was that we had a room on the third floor directly under the roof deck, where there is a bar. There were metal chairs scraping over the tile floors until 11 am. And on a neighboring property, there was a heavy dance music that went from around 6 am to around 11 am every night that was clearly audible in the room. This is a lovely property and reportedly the best in sugar, but needs tac.

The rooms were amazing, very big, very comfortable bed, great shower, and the location was close to good restaurants and sites. Breakfast was average but this will be my choice of place to stay when visiting Sugar again.
