There are adequate facilities, and a fantastic setting. Everyone is friendly, with the exception of the clueless girl at the front desk during check-in. When she said she wanted to get us moving quickly because her other vehicle was close by and waiting to leave their parking lot, she told us that she was right. After that, she escorted us and our car up the elevator to the second story, where there were only rooms and no parking. Then, she informed us that we had recognized the error and told us to proceed to the basement, where the parking lot is located. Furthermore, despite bosnian laws which require that you always carry your passport with you, she was only going to keep them in an unlocked! Box. In case we had serious problems with something in the room, she demanded to have our passports held by the front desk. This is an unfortunate oversight for this hotel because it is in an excellent location.

Around 200 feet from this hotel are hotels old town. There are several supermarkets, pharmacies, money changers, restaurants, dessert and souvenir shops scattered about. It's incredible to wander around and explore various religious buildings, mosques, synagogues, etc.. The hotel offers basic conveniences such as shampoo, a bar of soap, and a hairdryer. A safe box is provided for free in the lobby. The rooms are tiny and have air conditioning and a heater. The room is about 20 by size, so I. They served a european breakfast on your room rental. There are many good choices, but after a few days it gets dull.

On winter days in Sarajevo, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. We had a family room which was very roomy and clean because we were traveling with children. There was air conditioning for additional heating, but it wasnt necessary. There were toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The wifi cable acted properly. The best thing about parking is that a car lift will transport you to a really private and secure garage. The lady at breakfast was really helpful and there was a lot of food. Sarajevo has a lot to see. We were unable to see all of them because the days we had planned for Sarajevo werent enough. But were planning to visit again, and this hotel will be our place to sleep once more. See you soon ten hotel.

The hotel is 100 meters from the main tourist attractions in the city, and the hotel's location is very good. The room is very clean and vintage.

Otima localização mesmo ao pé do centro da cidade velha. Hotrl xom estacionamento que é muito conveniente. Pequeno almoço razoável. Higiene instalações é fraca e só cheira a incenso. Instalações antigas e carecidas de manutenção urgente..

We arrived in Sarajevo after a long bus journey and were met with a thunder storm which we thought might bring some cooler weather. The next day however was blue sky and a continuation of high temperatures which made our room very hot, as it had no a/c or fan. The check in was easy and the room was spacious but old and tired. The bathroom was small but adequate. The best thing about the hotel was by far its location, right in the centre of the old town, next to Bascarsija tram stop. Sarajevo is a lovely city but unfortunately this hotel was not a highlight of our holiday.
