We booked the room with the ensuite bathroom. The staff were very kind, friendly, and gave great recommendations. The room was simple but comfortable, clean, air conditioned and with a perfect view of the Pigeon Square (see photo). The location is excellent - just 50 or so meters from the Pigeon Square, close to the city hall, where the bus from the airport stops. If you walk past it and head up the hill behind, there are several hip and fun coffee shops. In front, the tram stops, making transit to the bus station easy. Overall, a great deal right in the Old Town! The only thing I would have done differently would be to to stay longer in Sarajevo!

Rent och fint rum. Rena och fina toaletter med dusch. Personalen var mycket behjälplig på alla sätt och vänlig! Hittade lösningar och var lätt att få kontakt med, även sent på kvällen. Läget är också det absolut bästa i Sarajevo!

My time at Pigeon Rooms was amazing! I arrived late in the evening, so they sent me detailed instructions for a smooth self-check-in. The bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious! The air conditioning worked perfectly and was controlled by remote. The location is phenomenal, it truly could not have been more perfect. It is directly across the street from the old square and the famous fountain, so it is walking distance to everything. Plus, there is a grocery store and a bakery next door that are both open late. The shared kitchenette was clean and equipped with utensils + other useful tools. There were more than enough shared bathrooms and they were all clean. The showers were hot and had great water pressure. Damir was an absolutely lovely soul and made me feel very safe as a solo female traveller. He is very friendly, professional, and clearly takes great pride in making Pigeon Rooms a great place to stay. I would absolutely recommend Pigeon Rooms and will definitely stay here again when I return to Sarajevo!

Excellent hotel right in the middle of Sarajevo old tow and convenient to walk around / explore ! Also the owner was super helpful and assisted in lot of things to make my check in process smooth ! Highly recommend this place given a lot of tourism companies are within walking distance too of hotel but only downside I would say is the noise from street level tram/ vehicles given the proximity to street level .

This is the best pension that I’ve stayed at for many years It is excellent value for the money. The location is literally the best in town. The airport bus and bus to the bus station is outside. There is also a supermarket and a delicious bakery/café on the ground floor The bathroom is absolutely sparkling clean. I have seen operating theatres that look less immaculate. The owner is very helpful and courteous. The only slight criticism is the foam mattress is a bit soft for my back, but that is a personal preference
