Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Mostly, the castle, the three restaurants, the staff, and even the rooms. A work of art by Brazilian architect Ludovic Costa. The stone made of very elegant and luxurious materials such as marble and so on.

I was visiting from the uk for four years and travelled throughout the nation. My family wife and I visited this area of basil for her parents, who came from Rio de Janeiro and wanted to guide me to this area of basil, which I have never visited before. Wonderful drive from Rio de Janeiro to here in the interior with lush forests, which undoubtedly elevates the atmosphere. It was simply absurd when checked in. The only four of us in the line, and it took me a long 45 minutes to confirm that the hotel was just my wife and I, which was the only ones booked in lodging. The clerk seemed to mess around and squabbling between the staff and hotels. Com to confirm that there were actually 2 reserved rooms we had even made reservations. We arrived at our room elevator in a mammoth wait of 30 minutes and had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. We were able to tell that our mediate beef was gone. It was actually rather tough and overly thick, resembles genuine raw. But after 10 minutes of waiting and receiving the bill, another server came with some uninformed beer to finally click the bill when we were finished and needed it. We were let loose and furious for about an hour. Breakfast buffet was just fine.. It was a terrible coffee that was simple smelling like a puddle of water that didn't taste that had been

It is very good for business. The hotel itself is beautiful and attractive. You can choose any restaurant the hotel provides, but I recommend the restaurant in the castle, the restaurant do castle. Breakfast and service from a five star hotel. I used to stay there when it was possible.
