Overall, the location is somewhat unimpressive. It makes a shabby impression from the outside because it is right next to a gas station. However, it is only a few blocks from the beach, and several decent restaurants and stores are close by. For recipes, it is actually a bit further south of all the noise. It would be five points, but the location reduces it by one. I picked this place after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor.

Asahi is a small hotel with small rooms. Asahi is close to pretty much everything in this capital city of the state of Pernambuco in Brazil, despite not being in the great town of Recipe. The hotel is in the city of Jaboatao dos Guararapes, a few hundred meters from the city limits of Recipe, the renowned boa visage beach, and the international airport. The bed sheets, and other amenities are spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes all the traditional food from the northeast, including yam, tapioca rolls, eggs, mince meat, coffee, bread, butter, jams, and juices. The restaurant serves a reasonable dinner. There is a pool available. Free wifi. Low costs. Recommended.

The hotel is not in the recipe area, but it's very near, just a few minutes by car or bus. Nice swimming pool, near to the beach, good internet, parking place, good breakfast, good value!I recommend!

Excellent room, with my baby and wife on business trips and they were great, always helping me. The bed and room size were nice, as was the pool and common area. The location is what makes the score a little low but not too low.

We had a wonderful stay at the Asahi Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal, close to the airport and the beach. Very recommended!
