According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. At the moment of checkin, a preauthorization will be made on the reservation holder's credit card in the amount of 500.00 Brazilian real per day in order to cover extra consumption. If will opt in not authorize it you must pay for all extra items at the moment you will request them. Please note that the playground is open daily. Children aged 6 and under are not allowed alone in the playground. Please note that a fee of 2.5 percent is charged at checkin. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and Junior Suite and Suite may be affected by noise. A damage deposit of R$ 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please be advised that exterior painting work at Il Campanario will begin on May 25th. This initiative is part of the property's ongoing maintenance and enhancement schedule, reinforcing our commitment to preservation, safety, and the excellence of the experience offered to owners, guests, and visitors. During the project, there may be occasional operational activity in the tower's exterior areas, always conducted with care to minimize disruption.
