Please note:- Guests at Hotel Marina Flat and Náutica will have access to 1 water park per day according to availability at check-in.- The park is closed for maintenance on Mondays and does not give benefit when leaving.- Please note that there are no refunds for early check-outs.- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodation of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.- Hair dryer subject to availability (check at the hotel reception)- No refunds in case of early check-out.- The cleaning of the units is not being carried out during the stay due to Covid.- Due to Covid, the Saunas, gyms, playrooms and games room are working, but it is necessary to check with the reception the need to schedule for use (consult reception)- When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.- For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
