The staff is very accommodating and the front desk is always manned. Natal is a lovely city, and the literal maximum flat in Porta Negra is in a fantastic location. It's a closet high building facing the sea, with unobstructed views of the sea. The beach is only a short 3 block walk away, and restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, rental car services, super markets, and other businesses are within walking distance. Buses pass in front of the building, and there is also underground and covered parking.

I couldn't get a vacancy in the literal veranda but this was much better, except for the huge balcony in the veranda! 2 beds, fronte par o mar, cozinha americana, staff very courteous, offered an upgrade to the full sea view, breakfast is fine but not the variety and volume that Brazilians are accustomed to! Overall great!.

Real was a nice place to stay during the World Cup because it was within walking distance from Porta Negra Beach. The apartment is large and clean and has excellent air conditioning. Unfortunately, there was sometimes no hot water in the shower. Breakfast has a variety and is delicious. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, although no one can speak English. The wifi in the apartment is slow and inconsistent, but the laptop's wiring connection works quite well.

despite the fact that they are close to rps south beaches such as Porta Negra and Cumurupim, it is not possible to reach it. The only drawbacks are the wifi, the loud air conditioning, the absence of a window in one bathroom and breakfast, and the absence of a proper ventilation system. Everything else is nice. The good thing is the location is close to the exit and nice staff is always ready to help. They also made the room tidy.

The hotel is conveniently close to the porta negra beach strip where the majority of the city's hotels and bars are located. The security here is that you can go around at night. In the room, there are big, quite spacious, and some rooms have a kitchenette with two bedrooms. They serve delicious breakfast with plenty to choose from. Unfortunately, there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel so it's not a major problem. It's also a nice pool area. The wifi wasn't working fast. However, the cable to the laptop worked perfectly.
