For a peaceful location, an oceanfront hotel at the end of a residential taxi business appeared to be a good option. However, the beach is directly across the street from a sewer outflow, making it unsuitable for bathing and unpleasant to smell. The staff was pleasant and courteous, but not very creative. The shower's hot water was at least lukewarm. Modern facilities and equipment. There are no international channels or cables, and they are old. The hotel has a good level of wifi. The AC did not function properly, but it was repaired a few days later. The water conditioner did not function properly, however, the sheets were not changed every day, and beach towels were unavailable for a couple of days due to the laundry not always providing them. Breakfast was subpar. It was challenging if you were searching for healthier alternatives, such as unsweetened low-fat yogurt hard-boiled eggs, many-grain bread, a wide variety of fruits, turkey cold cuts, etc. The coffee was good despite the fact that there are various cakes, each one is nothing special and not tasty, and the bread is white and stale.

The breakfast is good, but the coffee is bad. They have a rooftop pool and bar. The room is clean and nice, despite the fact that there is a sink in the room despite there being no pantry. The location is great, right in front of the beach. The room is clean and nice. I am a runner, so I enjoy running almost every morning on the beach. It seemed everyone is into running, biking, walking and swimming most days.

I highly recommend this place! Excellent location, right in front of the beach, in a very calm area, easy access. Nice hotel for a reasonable price! The rooms are big and clean! The staff is very helpful and kind! When I return to Joan, I will come back!

This hotel is situated strategically, just by a road that separates it from the beach. The rooms are huge, but basic. I had to wake up at 300 am the next day for an early night. The hotel was incredibly noisy until late at night and the front desk forgot to give the requested wake-up call. Always good to have a backup.
