Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable. More like a 4-star hotel than the advertised 2 stars. Maybe the only weaker point is the location, which is not perfect, but is also not bad either. If I come back to Brunei, I will certainly consider staying there again.

Facility - 8/10. Slightly old and some spots on the carpet but overall, good. Staff - 11/10. Amazing staff. They are the best part of this place. Breakfast - 2/10. limited option. Only omelet available to order. You get water, watermelon juice, 1 type of fruit, cereal +milk, bread, 1 hot main and 1 hot side dish as buffet style. Make sure to go early before 7 if you dont want the left over scrap of hot food. Location - 5/10. Not close to anything touristic or the center. Need to use taxi to get anywhere. But some stores around and everyone knows the building.

部屋は広く、必要最低限のものは揃っていました。建物自体は老朽化していますが、清掃は綺麗にされており不満はありません。ホテルの裏がショッピングモールになっており直接行くことができます。ファストフードや日本食レストランがあり、周辺にも飲食店が多くあります。

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights after booking a twobedroom flat online. I checked the hotel's website and it seemed very nice and offered reasonable services at an affordable price. Surprise surprise, it's nothing like what is advertised. Although the reception staff were helpful enough and tried hard, they were up against it as the space is so old, tattered, and basically rotten it's offputting. My twobedroom apartment, although spacious enough, had a big kitchen sink complete with overhead range hood, but no cooking equipment or a stove. Not that I was going to use it anyway, an electric kettle sat proudly with cups and saucers, but no tea or coffee. And none are offered either. The first night morning, there was no hot water in the bathroom because we forgot to turn on the hot water service! It might have been good to be informed about the kitchen wall's switch to turn it on. The horrible, old wooden furniture was entirely covered in cigarette burns and stains on the bottoms of drinks bottle or glasses. Very highfashion. The bed was a nice highlight. Breakfast buffet is included in the cost. Sounds nice doesn't it? Again, wrong. You must leave the hotel and go to the building next to the restaurant to get it. From 6.30 to 10. Am. When we arrived at 9 am, we found half a

I stayed here for 2 nights. Except for the location, it's a great place. Travelling to and from Banda is a bit of a hassle if you don't own a vehicle. The staff are very polite. The rooms are spacious but need to be renovated as most bathroom fixtures seem old. I recommend this hotel to budget travellers looking for large, comfortable and clean rooms.

Ive been staying here for about five years for oneweek projects at the sultana. Ive attempted other places, but this one offers the best combination of close amenities, location, and decent rooms. It is old and dirty. Yes, there is no room service and the air conditioner is too cold. The breakfast is awful. But, once youve over all that, the rooms are clean enough, the beds comfortable if a little soft, and it is normally relatively quiet. Do not stay here if you don't have a car, there are places to eat and shop nearby, but banda would be about a 30 minute walk away. In brunei, wheels are required. On the first night, I fill up a sizable refrigerator with breakfast foods, snacks, and mixers for my dutyfree haul. With some understanding that this is brunei, youll get used to the temperamental shower fixtures and the brown water coming out of the tap and are probably paying less than 50 brunei dollars for about 1200 so feet of space to mess around. You can remain in much nicer places, but youll at least pay about triple. For a selfemployed hustler like me, the price overshadows the minor inconveniences.
