The fact that it is located in the center of the city is the main advantage. On the left is cheap food for 6 euros for lunch for 2 people. On the right souvenir shop with reasonable prices. The place is neither clean nor comfortable. Cigarette odor is present throughout the hotel. My lavatory was broken during my visit, but the staff just offered me another room. So, the staff is nice and helpful. Wifi is good not in every room, so you better check it at reception. Overall, if your goal is to save money, it is for you. But if you're concerned about your comfort, this place will leave you disappointed.

The location is good, there isn't much choice of budget hotels central. I would stay again but the front desk isn't 24hours and you've got to be patient to check-in. But the staff was very helpful and helped me with a taxi.

Cheap hotel, so its not the greatest. But you get what you pay for. Location is great, couple minutes from vitosha street. The girl behind the desk is very friendly and helpfull. Bed was good. There was a problem with the hot water because of maintance. But its was told and asked during check in if this was a problem.

Il posto è centrale e secondo me è l'unico preggio della struttura. Le parti comuni sono brutti e puzzolenti. La camera è grande . Il bagno con lavandino che perde e muffa negli angoli.Forte odore di sigarette.Se serve un appoggio di una notte a basso costosenza pretese di niente allora può andare.

The location is excellent! Excellent transport route. It is in the middle of the city. There was no one at reception when i arrived about 22:30. Got help from someone to ring the number on the front door and they brought the key and the fob. I didn’t see any kettle, tea or coffee. It is basic but cool, as you can get coffee at next door restaurant.

Great location for city centre, five-minute walk. But no cleaners so no dry towels, bed never changed over four-night stay. Breakfast was included, but that amounts to a cup of coffee and a muffin/savoury in a bakery next to hotel. But the staff there were welcoming as were hotel receptionists who were young, willing and spoke very good English. Reception was also open 24/7.

The location is great. But the hotel is a bit odd. Room was very small..But then again you get what you pay for, which I think is adequate. Staff was really nice and helpful, reception is open 24h, There aee loads of places to eat around the area....

PROS: centrally located to everything and transportation; they allowed me to check in at 10:00 a.m. instead of waiting until 2:00 p.m. at no extra charge. CONS: Upon entering the hotel I was hit with an overwhelming stench mixed with moldiness (that’s the best way to describe it). No elevator. Walked two flights up to my floor. Couldn’t locate my room because it was located in a very dimly lit area with three doors off the main hallway. The room was very small (not an issue for me) but no WiFi, no towels, no phone, no coffeemaker or kettle, no microwave, no safe, no towels, a thin sheet over a mattress (same for the pillow case). Two thin and dirty smelly blankets in the cupboard. Two small soap bars and a small packet each of shampoo and conditioner. I Went outside and when I returned a woman was spraying liquid on the carpeted steps and using a broom or mop to scrub them. The moldy smell remained through my stay at the hotel. I asked for towels and she brought me one. She said I could only get one towel. The property did not respond when I asked for a second towel. I stayed 3 days/3 nights and not once saw anyone at the reception and not once was the room cleaned or the garbage removed I was instructed by text to leave the key in the reception desk when I checked out. I would not stay here again.
