Perfect location and service, wit top level spa and very kind staff, as well as rich breakfast. One suggestion could be to put dark curtains because from 5 am it starts to be very bright and to use bed sheets instead of quilts.

Very good hotel in a heart of the town. Indoor swimming pool with mineral water. Excellent spa.

The personnel were unfriendly. They gave us the wrong room. After that, they upgraded it to a bigger one. The furniture is also unreliable, causing it to be inoperable for hours. A very tiny shower cabin is available. You have to pull the umbrella on your own at the pool. Even in the heat of summer and the area, the outdoor pool is too cold. The little indoor pool is too hot, so you may even become sick. The jacuzzi didnt work and the kneep path was dry. Dinner was good. There were no fruits for breakfast. You must carry your own luggage because there is no porter in the hotel. The front door is locked between the hours of 0000 and 06.00, and if someone wants to leave, he must go through the garage. The towels and bed linens were outdated. I was so wonderful about the hotel when I went there years ago. Unfortunately, I disagree with this. For a BG 200 per night, it is unquestionably not a hotel. In their account, the hotel requires that you place half of the total cost of your stay.

The hotel is located right on the main square. The rest... You entered the era of the communist. The room was old, the bathroom was dirty, the bathrobe was worn out, the swimming pool was crowded with locals. The food was prepared with cheap ingredients that tasted like rubber. The staff was ok but you can see they don't know how to teach you. Don't waste your money

First of all, the positive things are first staff is friendly, the location is great, and the food in the restaurant is nice. What we didn't like is 1. The smell. When I walked in the hotel lobby, there was a strong moldy smell that went everywhere we went. 2. The design. Very old as if time had stopped around 1989. 3. The room. We joined two beds. They were a couple for us and the bathroom did not appear to be very clean. 4. The spa has 5 small cabins, a swimming pool, and a small jacuzzi. Everything looks old. The pool was packed with locals and a children's swimming team was practiced. We wouldn't dare go into the jacuzzi because there were many dads and kids in there. 5. The cost. Not worth it. It costs us 151 bgn 75 per night. I don't think it's too bad by western standards, but try it at your own risk, and then let me know if you felt it was worth more than 10 per night.

Except for one person, the staff is unable to communicate in English. Room was huge, but the furniture was pretty old and worn out (especially that horrible carpet). Spa was not worth it either. Small variety for breakfast, but I appreciated having those Bulgarian pastries. Overall, the hotel was comfortable but it completely lacked the "luxury" feeling advertised.
